Very Nice Experience and The host himself was so sweet with us! Highly recommend

The condition of the room is terrible and the bathroom is dirty. The tv doesn't work and they didn't even give basic amenities like towel, handwash. There was no water in the washroom.

The stay is at a appropriate location and rooms are spacious. However cleanliness and welcome kit can be improved. Food taste was not good and has to definitely be improved

Property ok ok location average in garkhal far from kasauli main town rooms so so but apart these all things mr. Manjit caretaker of property (manager) was very helpful always ready for all queries and cook vicky is also helping hand there

Property owner is very rude and very unhigenic staff. Provided no aminitees and no complimentry food, which was mentioned at the time of booking

They gave me a room near reception which did not have proper washroom or privacy. I spoke to the customer care and then to manager they said will take action and they did not do anything regarding my issues. Staff in the hotel was very good and they helped me to resolve my issues by providing better room and the food made was very good. They both were very kind and gave good hospitality. Owner of the hotel has attitude and he never tried to resolve problem. Make my trip is also worst in problem resolving, its better to go with others instead of them. They are useless in customer service.

It was good to be welcome by the host. He was polite and very cooperative. Will certainly recommend other for stay. This is a place which os far away from chaos. Will certainly recommend to others

It was a very comfortable stay, it felt like home. Mr manoj(vinod) and mr dharmendra were very polite, helpful and caring. Food was simple and very tasty and customized according to our requirements. Only suggestion is to get a side railing on the stairs from the ground floor to the first floor as it will become comfortable for older and those with health issues and to provide some more lightbulbs in rooms on the first floor.

the stay is just beneath kimu ghat having a good mountain view from windows, The care taker is polite,humble, rooms are good but the wifi is not working and tv don't have recharge. rooms are attached with a balcony with good view of distillery. Bathrooms are clean , Most importantly they allow us to make our own maggi in there kitchen. pricing is decent.

The property is located in a convenient location. Other than that there's not much to say anything praiseworthy about this property. The maintenance of room, toilet, kitchen, common area, etc is at best average. Fit for a night stay.. Hop in and hop out!

Bad experience the property looks good in photos, but the property was wastage of money. I booked after 10 minutes i left property. No fees refunded. No facility.

Dirty and unhygienic room and bathroom. No availablity of foods. Room is full of flies. Caretaker is not well responsive. There is no good thing i can say about this property and don't recommend it. Request to make my trip to remove hotel booking option that includes food because food is not available at this hotel and i need to travel a long distance on my own to arrange food.

Very good location, superb hospitality, good rooms, super view, good food, overall a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Room was stinky and there was a very big bee hive outside the room window. However sat-ff was good and responsive. And food was also good.

Property location is in between the mountains and good parking space. Staff is also helpful and food offered here is also of good quality. But if you are looking for big rooms to stay then this place is not for you. Room view is also good👍

We stay there for less than one hour. Very disgusting. Will never book any room from make my trip in future
