Kasauli Resort by Piccadily

Overall the experience was good. Food, ambience, outside view was really good. From the activities perspective, outside swings were operational but some of the indoor games were dusty and some were not operational. For a family visit, there should be some arrangement done so that kids can also enjoy. Major problem we faced is with go-ogle map location of resort which was incorrect and we need to drive back around 30km from the incorrect place to the resort and when we complained this to manager he was not at all accepting their responsibility to correct the same as normally everyone use gps to reach to any location now.

Without doubt one of the favorite Kasauli Resort by Piccadilys I stayed during my time in Kasauli. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural Bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking.

It's between 3 star resort. Best part is it's location, all rooms are valley facing with balcony and superb view, this is foremost thing for us. We paid little more for the resort but it was nice stay. Staff was courteous and helping. Food is nice and delicious, must try chicken briyani & chilly honey potato. Food is on the higher side, approx 20%more but it's ok. There is one restaurant which is near by and can serve as alternative. Not more option for kids play area.

The staff was courteous, but needs a bit more work with families traveling with kids. However, they are much more helpful than the staff of other big resorts in Kasauli. If you are looking for peace and quiet, then avoid traveling on weekends to Kasauli, some guests will not let you sleep till 1 am. Food quality is and always has been the best, my 10th trip to Kasauli resorts and they have never let me down.

Away from City crowd, Resort is at an excellent location. Awesome Valley view from rooms and a Valley facing garden to spend some time looking at the nature's treasures. Food quality is very good, though bit overpriced. Staff is well behaved and courteous. Well maintained and clean rooms. You have to use your vehicle to go to mall Road or other tourist attractions. Overall very happy with my stay at Resort.

I visited with my wife and five year old child for two days. We enjoyed the food and the small play area for my child. The room and the view from the room was great. The only cons and even that a minor one was that the service was a bit slow. People at reception were good people even if not trained to be over polite like in urban Kasauli Resort by Piccadilys. They were genuine, helpful and to the point.

Location is good, very near to mall road, with great scenic view from resort of hills with snowcapped peak. We took CP plan and enjoyed lovely breakfast. Rooms and service is appreciable. Staff is quick in response and courteous. You can also enjoy indoor games like pool, snooker, table tennis and children get a good outdoor space to play and enjoy swings in good weather.

We could easily reach the Kasauli Resort by Piccadily, it was directly on the main highway. The dining area and pool are accessible with broad stairs, chair lift for older people; as well as a sloping driveway. Food taste and quantities were more than we expected, so we overindulged. All rooms, gardens and pool were well maintained and spotless clean.

Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very good, serving tasty food. Service is prompt.

It was a wonderful experience.

No safety measures observed during current covid-19 situation. Mostly, people were roaming without mask. Hotel and rooms were not cleaned properly. Bed and linen were found to be stinking. Towels were also not cleaned properly.

We stayed for 1 night and had a great stay. The Kasauli Resort by Piccadily is well maintained specially the garden area, which had swings where our 2 years old kid enjoyed a lot.

Exilent stay good food service is very good location and view

I stayed at the empire suite. Most of the things in the room are broken. The way to the room had dirty water dripping from upper floors. Shower was broken. No phone charging points in the room. The property needs some serious maintenance
