Great staff great hotel

Very happy with our stay. The best part of the hotel is the staff there. Ashna at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful with any queries and issues we had. Sunny at the reception was very helpful and very approachable. Anil helped us a lot with taxi bookings and checkout process. A special thanks to Swetha who is in-charge of housekeeping who helped us with room selection and made our stay at the hotel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the temple. The staff of the hotel are extremely hospitable. The breakfast options though limited but was good and upon insistence they made paratha. Room service was very prompt. The only limitation was the lane in which the hotel is located is not on road and cabs cannot reach there. However for that they have ensured that staff will come to the main road to help with carrying the luggage and ensure smooth onboarding. Overall it's a value for money hotel.

The hotel is having good rooms with proper air conditioning, TV, good bathrooms & quality catering. The only major issue with the property is the location of ‘Kashi Villa’. It is in the inside lane & not on the main road . So the approach to the hotel is very much unimpressive.

The overall stay was good. The location of the hotel was near the market. To reach temple you had to walk around 20 minutes before joining the queue, but if you are with friends and family it won’t seem to be too much. There were nice food places near the hotel.
