Very good experience Well maintained property Cool and polite staff

1. The property is located in a very narrow lane where four wheelers can't reach. 2. The property has no such distinguishable identity of executive and deluxe rooms. 3. The AC of the room where I stayed was not working. 4. The property rates are higher side in comparison to the room size and comfort available there. 5. The only thing is good there that is all the staff are well behaved and helpful.

Location was not upto the mark .Its in a small lane..We did not have any food there as we did not like the breakfast layout at all..Room size was small and there were a lot kind of insects in the room..Service was also bad as we had three rooms ..And rooms were not cleaned by their staff until we repeatedly told them..We will not go there again ..

I had great experience in Kashi Villa. service was awesome. It is very much neat and clean. All the staff members are helpful. Food was also awesome. This property is 50-100 m far from Luxa main road.

Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially given we were traveling with family and had guests arriving late at night. Due to an honest mistake, we accidentally booked for 6 people instead of 7. Rather than handling this with understanding or professionalism, the hotel staff demanded an extra ₹1500 in cash after which again a vague amount), late at night, with no proper bill provided—only a handwritten slip, which they tried to pass off as proof. They were uncooperative, insisted on cash only, and flat-out refused to issue a legitimate invoice, which raises serious concerns about transparency and ethics. Our guests arrived at 4 AM and checked out the same morning, so asking for such heavy charges under those circumstances was completely unreasonable. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. When I tried to raise the issue, they arrogantly responded, "Write whatever review you want, we don’t care," and justified their behavior by saying the booking was for 6 people. Instead of resolving the issue politely, they were argumentative and condescending, taking advantage of their local position and our vulnerability as late-night travelers. This review is not about a minor billing error—it's about how guests are treated. No hotel should be allowed to bully or harass travelers, especially at odd hours when people are tired and simply looking for rest. Let this be a warning to others: If you value respectful treatment, transparency, and decent service, avoid this place.

The cleanliness in the room was questionable. With hair all over the bed. The bed and the linen was dirty and dusty as well.

My stay at Kashi Vilaa was pretty good. Service and amenities both are good. The staff were courteous and friendly however they need to update the customer quickly for extension etc. That does not diminish their service quality, it’s just a suggestion. The best part though is the quality of their washroom which is tough to find in this city unless you go extra premium! Location is slightly tricky because when we were here, there was some stuff going on which meant the cab couldn’t drop you right at the hotel. So we had to come through the rear entry. That’s the only thing visitors should be vary of! Thank you to the staff for their help! Keep it up!
