Kashmir House Pahalgam

We stayed in kashmir house, pahalgam during our trip to kashmir. We just stayed for one night and the experience was good. It is not a very luxurious property, but ideal for people who want to have a short stopover at pahalgam overnight. We stayed here in october, so the weather was pleasant. Location: located right by the main chandanwari road, around 0. 5km away from pahalgam market area. Rooms: rooms were well furnished with wooden panelling. Appropriate for the price bathrooms: clean and spacious with hot water available round the clock. Only drawback was that windows of the bathrooms of some rooms were not covered properly from outside view. So we had to check a couple of rooms before deciding on one which was properly covered. Service: service by the staff was also very good. They also arranged taxi for sightseeing. Rates of taxi are fixed by the union and rate card was available at the reception. Restaurant: there is a pure veg restaurant attached to the property. The food was average. Suggestions: overall for the price we paid, the stay was pleasant. The bathrooms windows in some rooms could be better covered from outside view for more privacy. Apart from that it is a good choice for tourists visiting pahalgam

The experience of staying at this Kashmir House Pahalgam was very great Looking at this price poimt the Kashmir House Pahalgam was worth it Service was also very good I recommend the food from the Kashmir House Pahalgam as it has some great cuisine we ordered rajma rice and I can say that the food was perfect according to our appetite and taste

Hotel is in a city centre of pahalgam where you can get car and all easily staff was cooperative they arranged a cab for mr mudasir the manager of Kashmir House Pahalgam is a warm person it was nice meeting you best place for vegetarians i think this is only Kashmir House Pahalgam in pahalgam who serve only vegetarian food

Very nice experience. In minus temperature at night the room feels like normal. We had to switch off our blanket heater. They also provided room heater.Very satisfied .Location is also super.

Hotel was very good and staff also very supportive. Even-though it is 2 km from pahalgam main taxi stand, the stay was very good. It had bed heaters and staff received us very well.
