The room was very well maintained with a fine and comfy bed and excellent interiors. The hospitality was top notch. Mr Altaf and Mr. Asif made sure that we will face no problems during our stay. They went an extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay in the below zero weather conditions. The manager, Mr. Hamid, also helped us a lot in planning the trip as we went there without any fixed plan. The food was delicious as well. Overall, everything was fabulous.
The interiors were very nice. The blankets were very comfy.

The room was spacious, clean and very nicely done. In the chilling temperatures of -4 and -5 we didn’t feel anything. Washroom was clean and quite spacious and had hot water 24x7 which was necessary. The staff was cooperative and informative. They were even up at 4 am in the chilly morning of -5 to help us leave for airport. Coming to food, it was always served freshly made and tasted good. Overall we had a comfortable stay and would prefer to stay here again.

Absolutely every single thing about this Hotel is awesome. Really nice and friendly staff, prompt service, amazing rooms, good variety and quality food. Any other arrangements like car and driver on rent, Airport pick and drop also done flawlessly. The hospitality was wonderful. And really felt at home. They upgraded us to suite as well considering our previous stay. The beauty of Kashmir with hospitality of Kashmir Mahal is a great combo. Itnis located near Nishat Bagh and a peaceful stay could be expected. Food menu is limited. But available menu is delicious. Always Worth a visit again.

The property is situated very close to nishat garden. The location is very scenic and close to local market. The rooms were small but clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable and the food quality was also good though the prices were bit on a higher side.

The Kashmir Mahal Resorts by Dal Lake is situated near nishat garden. The rooms were clean and had warm rooms with proper heating. The service provided was good and food was also nice

The restaurant was still under construction and there was hardly any electricity backup and frequent power cuts
