Kasol Riverside Camps & Cottages

Just a very big disappointment.... Unhygienic camps so called cottages were in such a miserable condition, no mirrors, no proper locking system, no cleaning... blankets and bedsheets were dirty widout dustbins Staff was serving the families in drunken state which was very disgusting.... and then they were behaving rudely.... We were feeling unsafe there at night with our families including kids... They denied providing boiled milk for a two year old baby... We have not seen such a worst hotel in our entire life.... They are something else on the internet and in reality, just a horrible nightmare.... they do not provide the exact quality of rooms on the website... Worst experience ever... will never visit there even in our dreams....

Resort looked like a slum, no fan available in 34 degrees, no water, no staff, no parking.

Rooms where broken no water in washrooms to much mosquitoes no fans they didn’t give the breakfast wich was included

My stay was short but it was average. I did not eat at the property so dont know about food. The location is great. They constantly play loud music around the cheapest rooms so thats a problem.

Not at all good for families, even food was not good, yes the view is very good but beds were also not good the camps were very dirty.

No water unclean tents and extremely poor service plus bad attitude of staff members which makes it more disappointing

Very bad place, no cleaning, smelly rooms, rude behaviour, very bad food, they are charging extra after booking with mmt, i ll not prefer anyone to go for this place. There is severage mud below the camps, lot of mosquitoes. And very bad smell

Very bad camp, bad smell and no facility for food. Also, the camps were not given at 12 pm that is the check-in time. Kindly do not pay in advance for this camp. Bad washrooms, the water is choked in washroom and no arrangement of proper parking as well.

The camp was fine with all amenities. Food quality must improve.

Excellent stay. Very nice host. Lovely time spent at lovely place. Will come back again. Highly recommended place for youngsters.

The location of the campus is pretty accessible. Right there on the main road, a few kilometres before kasol. Be advised though, if you're staying here and you think you could just walk to kasol, that ain't happening. Takes upward of an hour. The river parvati is about 20 meters from the camp so that's great. There's a patch of trees between the camp and the river. They have a buffet option charging 300 per person or you could order individual items. Be advised that the food is strictly average and sometimes plain bad and is a tad bit overpriced. I was travel-ling in the group of 5 and all of us noticed that the caretaker was weirdly cold. He has this hostile vibe to him and is not very hospitable. Local hrtc buses can be availed right outside the camp to kasol/manikaran or to manali, etc. Hygiene was just fine. The camps were clean. The washroom was hygienic as well. No problems there. Be informed though that one camp can actually stay 4 people in it but you'll still have to book 2 considering luggage space, etc. For the price that we paid of 404/night/person, the camp was fine. Will probably stay somewhere else next time though.

Rooms were good and the camp have a good ambiance and is just beside the parbati river but the switches were not working and the staff doesn’t come to clean the room

Roof was leaking, no food facility, can't order anything as they don't have kitchen. No car parking inside space was just ok no heater provided even though we were ready to pay extra on the road, but lilo far away from the river washroom was just ok basic things were missing

Good place near parvati lake, a peaceful location away from kasol. Food, drinks everything available.
