Kassal Heights

We actually planned to do 'Darshan' of Shri Vaishno Devi Mata at Katra. Once we did that, we proceed to Patnitop. Since we had made room reservations at Kassal Heights there, they picked us from the (mini) bus stand by their own vehicle. At the Kassal Heights, things were well-managed by Karan, a young boy and he cooperated with us for everything we needed. I would say that the room was deluxe and was decent enough, given the budget limitation we had. It was a good room at the price. They provided us clean clothing, clean bathroom, clean towel, soaps, TV etc. A very good bargain for money! We ordered for the tea and paranthas. The boy Ajju (Ajay) prepared all the food and he was simple and cordial. We wanted some curd, then he said the curd has gone sore and not fresh. Observing that we really needed curd with our food, he went outside the Kassal Heights and procured 'fresh' curd for us. We were not expecting that. Ajju deserved our thanks for this gesture! The quality of tea and paranthas prepared by him, was better than what we found outside of the Kassal Heights. We were running short of our budget and we told Karan about that. Karan managed everything accordingly for us. For example, he managed a relatively cheaper taxi-service for our visit to 'Nathatop' We also got an opportunity to interact with Mr. Jagdish, the owner of the Kassal Heights. He is also a good fellow and had a decent talk with us. We felt very safe with them. Overall, we had a good experience with them and Kassal Heights. Would we like to stay again with them? Yes, indeed.

It is safe for family. There is no safety concern we observed. I had stated with my family on 24-25 kan 2021 and it was nice stay. Hotel is good and staff and managers are very helpful. Due to snow fall taxi driver dropped us 1 km far from Kassal Heights. Hotel manager sent one staff to pick up us at night 12:30 am and carried our two luggage. We safety reached to Kassal Heights. We ordered food at night 1 am and they served us 2 am. We really felt very good. Hotel is a budget Kassal Heights and service is very good. Only washroom was not that much cleaned but it was manageable. They have gyeser but do not provide blower or room heater. Food price is also very reasonable. We were very happy with their hospitality.

I visited Kassal Heights with my newly married siblings, old age mother and little kid. Hotel is good for all aged group. Hotel staff was very corporative and gentle. Hotels rooms was very neat and clean. Attached washroom was also very neat and clean. But we don't like food quality i complaint for that so staff very gently tell that their main chef have to leave for home emergency so his assistant chef cook food for us. Location of property was awesome. U can see green green mountains from your rooms window. They put all their efforts to arrange a very nice taxi for us for sightseeing of patnitop. I m wishing good luck for future of the Kassal Heights and staff.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Kassal Heights. Everything about the Kassal Heights was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

We group of 4 members stuck in traffic jam during heavy snowfall, our taxi driver denied to continue the tour and drop us in the middle of the road then Kassal Heights staff is soo geniune that they picked us from the middle of the road and provide us the best possible room. I think you will get the best Kassal Heights anywhere but you can't find the best staff like this Kassal Heights have. Food, location and room service of the Kassal Heights is excellent

The stay in the Kassal Heights was a good experience. The out side view is very excellent especially in the morning and evening. The room is very clean. Bathroom is ok but you will get both cold and hot water. The most important is food. As per your order they prepare food and serve within half an hour. The taste is very very good. Room service is good. The only problem is there is no intercom facility in rooms to contact reception.

With comparison to the price the stay was good. Hotel staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Food tastes awesome. Good for short stay, nice cozy rooms with view of the snowy mountains. I would like to thank jagdish ji he and his staff were very helpful and provided us food as per our demand plus he also helped to get cab for tour. Thank you. Loved the stay.

a nice experience, though I wasn't comfortable in the first instance,but it's ok as arranging basic amenities in such a hilly areas itself is more than difficult. Owners are friendly, assistants are helpful, quality of food is good, and scenes and views are amazing. don't forget to bring your winter wears, long jackets are must.

Good location. But hospitality and management requires to improve. Food is not upto mark. Overall as a budget Kassal Heights it is good.
