Poor Stay
No bath towels kept, the phone lines are not functional, duty manager never answers calls Each time we need to come to reception for placing request, all the guest faced same issues and there were to many peoe at reception asking for bath towels and phone line issues... Poor house keeping service

The hotel does not even deserve 1 star. Awful experience with unhygienic Rooms, Toilets and corridors. Waterlogging sink, leaking toilet, Rusted accessories, Sluggish shower and broken tiles..etc. Very average breakfast varieties and foul smell entire restaurant area. Think twice before booking this disgusting property.

Poor Stay
Amenities and food substandard. There are cockroaches in the room. The taps are broken. The rooms have no ventilation and are dingy. The phoneline of intercom is not working.The rooms are not as maintained as shown in the pictures. The basic amenities mentioned in the website are missing.

Hotel Katriya is located at a very prominent location in Hyderabad and has ample amount of spaces for parking, lobby, lifts etc, it value for money, the management though needs to put extra efforts to keep it maintained as some signs were visible of wear and tear

Worst Hotel In Hyder
Location is good. But the service of hotel staff is worst.They are not ready to listen to your request,problems.They do not have proper client management system.The rooms are dirty.They took 1 hr for check in.No reminder calls for breakfast.Did.not brief about the amenities of the hotel.

Terrible Stay
The property is the biggest scam I have faced in my entire travel . We booked a premium room but we were offered deluxe. The room had ants, broken side drawer glass, bathroom stench, defected sofa, and the worst ambience. We complained and waited for almost an hour to get the premium category room we had booked. It was better than deluxe, but still had air conditioning issues full night and door defect. I would advise all potential visitors to abstain from booking this property

MOST UNMENTAINED PROPERTY - DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
A/C Not working, bathroom leaking, poor maintenance. damp and smelly rooms. had to shift room at 1 am to different room after reception didn't not bother to send a a/c mechanic. horrible experience for a night room. Neven making this mistake again.
