Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort

The first impression of the property was excellent. But the experience turned out to be a nightmare. We reached here after a long drive from pune. The Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort seemed to be cozy as first impression. But it started to wane as we got to see more. Firstly linen was all dirty and the Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort staff had to be asked to change it. Then the bed was all worn out and creaky. We cold barely get comfortable sleep. Is high time they changed their mattresses which have outlived their life. Then to to it all we were troubled by mice inside the wood paneling which kept us awake throughout the night. Horrible experience in all

Kaular Atithi The Grand Konkan Resort is good to stay at ganpatipule. It is located just between ganpati mandir & prachin konkan so from Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort you need just 7-8 min to reach any place by walking. Hotel theme is good. Parking, Wi-Fi, hot water these common amenities are available also on time. Humble staff. Just 2 thing I would like to mention for owner... 1) there is need of big banner on road to locate Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort for visitors. 2) room was clean enough but need to do little touch-up for damaged interior & color. Otherwise it's a good stay to relax & if you looking for center point at ganpatipule.

Rooms are cleaned and location is too good nearer to evry place and facilities are good. Food is awsme .. Extremely tea and poha. He was kind and helpful nature .. Provided right guidance about how to completely visit the place. Provided us a vehicle to roam and Even our room booking time was 11 and although we reachd at 9 he gave an alternative room and didn't even charged nothing for it. Provided us with all possible facilities without charging more for that. Tv was in working condition. AC tooo. Properly mana

Sorry to tell merit resort calangute i am not satisfied i have booked suite room it is not to my mark. No towel was there in the room after complaining they provide our booking was there than why the room was not ready. The management is too bad no dustbin no water the staff is not responding i made three booking by you but this Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort is third class i had made suite room booking for my anniversary is this the Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort i very much upset

I had a stay of 1 night there, room was clean good arranged, only thing missing was some hot water kettle and tea/coffee facility in room, which I think will add much more good experience to the stay. Food was extraordinary, only for food one can extend there stay hour. Hotel management should project this along with there Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort as this would be the best USP to be. Hotel staff is good attentive and polite. Over all good experience.

One of the best place to stay and relax in Ganpatiphule. Ideal location(15 mins walk from temple and beach). Good old architecture of the Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort. Excellent service. Only negative feedback that I would like to give is the limited breakfast menu(3 items available). Atleast during Saturday-Sunday there should be more options. Apart from this I enjoyed my stay here and would go to this place again.

Its Easy to find the location. It's walk able distance to Ganpatipule mandir. Hotel rooms are nice. Food is on little bit of expensive side. The stay is absolutely fine. I came to Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort at 1. 30 pm still they took 1 hr more to give me the room after I came to office as checking time is 12 pm. But overall its good. Staff was very supportive and polite they arrange the birthday cake on request.

Hotel was nicely maintained. Though each room looks different from the other because of the shape the building. A swing, slide and a few other things are at The Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort to keep small kids occupied. Beach as well as the main temple is a 10 minutes walk. Other Beach is about a 10 minutes drive. Recommend eating food outside since the prices are cheaper and there's a lot more variety.

Booked a room. I must admit it's very good room for the price. Room was spacious, clean with nice wooden interiors. Typical honk an type exterior. Bed was really nice and had comfortable stay for the day.

Hygenic, nature friendly, well maintained premises, staff is cooperative. The best thing is everything is accessible from this location which makes your trip comfortable and more enjoyable.

Nice to stay, only problem is insufficient ventilation and costly food.
Need to improve room service for cleaning and most important is entrance. Else is best.
