They didn't provide television in the room. They took money for two night stay. But the room they provided was in the terrace. Beside kitchen. No ceiling fan, they provided a stand fan that was not working properly. WiFi password also not provided after several times I personally asked them. They were giving lame excuses. Its just a wastage of money.

Little away from main Shantiniketan area. Home food but costly. Manager is helpful. Ac deluxe rooms are a bit congested.

The location was nice. But the property was not up to the mark. The rooms were not so good. Caretaker was not cooperative. Service and facilities need to be improve.

The location of the property was easily accessible. The surroundings of the property were peaceful and safe. The staffs were courteous and well behaved. The breakfast was average. They need to improve their food quality and as well as the variety of food. Overall it was a pleasant Stay.

Reaching the property was easy, it was in a good location. The room was average. I got all the basic facilities that I needed.

It was not a graceful location as I expected. The facilities and cleanliness were not up to the mark. Even they took extra charge for hot water. But the food that I had there was delicious and hygienic because there was a lady cook who made the best homely food. Staffs were also very kind and cooperative.

They charged extra money but did not gave us geyser facilities.

Truly saying the rooms are well maintained. And fooding facilities are also good.

Tv not working and food took 2 hours to deliver. Food costly but okay. Small room and poor administration.

I was first time visit in santiniketan, and we stay here. The hotel is very good. Hotel staff's behavior is very nice. Quality of food of the hotel is very hygienic and testy. It was great experience during staying in the hotel.

Behaviour of the staff was very bad, dormitory beds were not separate.

Behaviour of the stuffs and the owner was very rude. Rooms were very small. They even did not provide geyser in bathroom in winter.

Filtered water not provided, normal submersible water provided as complimentary. Needed to ask for bucket and 2 separate mugs- one for bath, another for latrine. From entry time 1.30 pm to night 10.30 pm nothing was available inside the toilet, though after asking they provided those. Other arrangements were neat and clean. Food was homely and at reasonable price.

It was a Solo Stay. The location was very peaceful. I liked the facilities over there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will recommend this property to others.
