Decent Buffett and family friendly hotel. Non alcoholic venue adds a layer of security as well. Staffs are good

Bad smell in the bathroom . There was some in the ceiling throughout the night . Kind of rats in the ceiling .

They did not even provide wifi connection even after asking for 6 times. I missed important calls due to the same. Also food options are very limited. Restaurant was not at all hygienic.

Its a good hotel, especially the staff is very courteous. I enjoyed the breakfast. Neat and clean. Only when adked they didn't provided cold water, reson was unknown. Oveall good hotel.

My booking was inclusive of breakfast, but initially they refused to provide. Later when shown the booking details then only they agreed to provide. The buffet system was very poor. Staff was not supporting. They didn't provided me GST invoice as per the GST details I have provided during booking. Now I am struggling to get from MMT. Even MMT is also not ready to provide it.

very nice to stay and also budget friendly when I make Bookings on make my trip app, when I was went to direct booking, the tariff very high but through this app I sa ved around more than 1000Rs.

Very worst food. Rooms are very small. Room service is very bad. 10 rs water bottle are charged 80 rs. Even govt has informed that water bottles should be charged same rates but still they charge 80 rs for 10 rs water bottle. Please be aware

The room was good, but the others were not good including the food the quality was very bad and i do not recommend staying there unless there is no choice

totally unprofessional staff, restaurant is barely working. hotel stands in a place where nothing is available… not even a good restaurant if you are hungry. since they have very few customers, hotel staffs put maximum effort to extract money from us.

Hotel was good, clean room, with good furniture. Due to low footfall, maintenance is lacking. Provision of a hairdryer and small napkins near the washbasin is a must, which is lacking

Food, location, rooms as well as wifi connection was great. The staff was very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, the property was missing some amenities like gym, swimming pool.

There are no fittings in the bathroom to hang towels or any hooks for clothes washroom does not have any napkins hand towels you have to ask them multiple people sit on reception and most have a casual attitude to customer requests, had to request three times for water bottles the rooms are of a good size, air conditioning is good location of the hotel is on the city outskirts so getting hold of uber or o la is not easy, for morning train the hotel staff helped arrange for a taxi

Stay was good. Been here for a night. Surroundings were hygenic. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food menu is limited. Food menu has to be upgraded.
