This is the cheapest stay you can find in this area. I mean there are pgs available in these area. But if you want a room by yourself, then this stay is better. The toilet is working and clean. There was a shelf, television, table, bedsheet and soap provided with the room. Room is not that much spacious. But for this price this stay is definitely a good one. The room and toilet is clean but not super clean like other kay kay residencys. There is wifi. And no guest is allowed.

I came for an exam as solo so am okay with the facilities provided with minimal budget, room was looking cleaned bathrooms as well. No mosquitoes at all. Location is little inside of city center can't spot it easily but if you have go-ogle map nothing to worry.
Please do temperature check for visitors and tell employees of kay kay residency to follow the same.

Premises are kept clean and its easy to access major landmarks. Rooms are spacious and has calm atmosphere .. It lacks the presence of a kay kay residency. I think they didn't change the bedsheet and they didn't provide a blanket(huge minus) They provided a towel but has stain all around (again huge minus) I would give 6. 5/10.

Neat rooms with good service. Comfortable for bachelors for personal and official purposes. Little bit difficult to locate the kay kay residency. Phone was not working it seems, easy check in. Took me to a room first but its was not cleaned then routed to other rooms which was pretty decent and clean.

The room was very simple, the staff was very humble, I booked a single executive room and the room was very neat. The washroom was very clean and the bed was arranged properly, The Wi-fi connection is very poor for a video call, but it works perfect of Whats-app and such Instant Messaging.

I've been staying here a lot whenever I'm traveling alone and I would recommend this to anyone who's traveling Solo. The rooms are small but it's clean and you wouldn't get this anywhere at this rate. It's walking distance to Metro Station and also have all necessary amenities nearby.

A decent single room .. Though not a star rated one with all amenities .. Certainly a value for money at that price. Good service too. Purely very low priced kay kay residency with decent amenities and service. For Bachelors or people travelling solo, this would suffice.

Nice manager, good cleanliness. Blanket can be of better quality. There's no shower in bathroom. Parking is ok. Location is good. Shower can be provided in bathroom. Side table with bed should be provided. No suitable charging point for mobile.

Decent stay for a nominal price, neatly maintained bedspread and bathroom, near to ernakulam town railway station, metro station and lulu international mall. Friendly staffs and quick atmosphere

All are good, location is very anywhere to go easly, foods are available everywhere nearby kay kay residency. I am realy happy to stay there.

For all those who wants cheap but neat rooms. However, we may find it insecure to open windows as they face the walkway.

Good service, kay kay residencys are near to Kay residency, bus facility available, ATM available, market available, auto available, shopping shop available, servicing good response. Metro station available. Good facilities.

I came to Kochi to see ISL final so the location from the Kahaleel Nehru stadium is nearly 500 meter only so the location help me. The faculty is very nice and become with me. About the room there is no table for keeping dress.

Overall stay was good and comfortable, front office staffs were so friendly and cooperative. Location was nice to stay, all needed sources was nearby the kay kay residency. However, minimal renewation needed to upgrade for stay.

Excellent property and very convenient to stay on budget.
