Hello Guys I visited Kays on 6th Dec 2023 with my son on his 13th birthday to celebrate on sun & sand of Goa....As Kays is an appartment property, i really liked the room & facilities. Prompt response of staff & most important it's safe & secure Food quality is really hygiene & tasty 😋 I ordered breakfast, evening snacks & dinner too I would recommend to visit this property family, friends grp or couples travelling... it's on walkable distance to Calangute beach & also in market area, so you access to multiple restro, cafe etc... Exceptional stay at kay's resort! the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The pool and restaurant were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions. We felt at home and relaxed, thanks to the warm hospitality of the kay's resort team. The experience at kays Kay's Calangute Resort | Service Apartments was good, staff over there were friendly and very helpful, not at all irritating, we have reached early and they have provided us place to rest for some time till our checkin time and all the amenities were good, we didn’t had food over there so can’t review about food, overall the stay was good, staff were very friendly and approachable and not at all irritating

The property location is 3 to 4 minutes way from the beach. All the basic requirements are avaiable in the close and nearby vicinity. The amenities provided is average. The breakfast is good and reasonable with limited choice. The service is ok. Can, t keep any eatable items in the room due to ants and few cockroaches. Overall its a good apartment for short stay period with reasonable price tag.

We have stayed in the resort service apartment in kalangute area from 27th to 31st december, 2023 in a 2 bhk apartment and our stay was excellent. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Location is very good in calangute area of goa. Only area which needs to be improved is food and breakfast in terms of quality and service. Rest are all good and really enjoyed staying in the resort - service apartment.

It was my solo trip and this resort is one of the best near calangute beach. Mcdonald's is just few metres away. The resort offers clean rooms and decent breakfast. Balcony is there in all rooms. The best part is they provide complimentary early check-in and and late check-out. You also get cabs on request and sightseeing tours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

We had a pleasant stay. They helped us with early check-in and arranged for a two wheeler as well. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. All the required equipment was provided. Decent stay and near to calangute beach. Please opt for it if you are going for a budget stay. These are service apartments with good food if you are ordering from restaurant. Dont go for breakfast buffey

Resort is very close to the beaches(baga and calangute. Staff is very supportive and rooms are good acc to the budget.

Rooms are okay. Added facilities are not there. No slippers, no tea making arrangements in the kitchen which was supposed to be in every resort. Everytime can't afford to order minor tea for 20/30 rs. No oil in the wash room. No hand wash in the wash room. These much modifications reqd
