Pros: very nice behavior of the host. Cons: cupboards locks didnt didnt work, they dont even close properly. Where are we supposed to keep our imp stuff? no watchman or security.

Room is spacious, neat and clean. Good value for money option with good access to city. It is not on the main road and you have to travel slightly inside. Bathroom is clean but it can be improved as we found some stains. Overall good package for the price we pay.

We are faced with what was, when we were going to that place, the road conditions had the worst due to work. Some cab drivers are thinking about coming to that place. I booked the hotel 3 days ago from the check in date. But, they said "you and someone were booked at the same time, so, if you have come first, that room will be give to you" so, you will call the hotel receptionist after you were to book the hotel for confirmation.

Located in a residential environment, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The service staff and owner are helpful and approachable. I would recommend kb s homes if you are looking for a stay around manappam and nandabakkam

Care taker is there 24*7 for our requirements and host is nice person as well. Property is well maintained gated and safe. Felt like home and extended my stay
