Our stay in this Resort in Phata was absolutely wonderful! The service was top-notch and the staff were extremely polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. The resort is located in a beautiful hilly area, offering peaceful surroundings and stunning views. The best part is its perfect location—just about 50 meters from the Trans Bharat Helipad, which makes it super convenient for travelers visiting Kedarnath. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phata or planning a Kedarnath trip

Food is good and well served, location is good near helipad, well maintained rooms with hot water ,staff ( Sachin receptionist) was cooperative Visited 3 time at this place

Location was good but there was continuous power outage and there is no Generator backup. Also temperature was hot and there was no AC

Nice location on the hill. Nearby phata. Staff is super friendly. Food is good. Only thing that has to be improved is more cleanness inside rooms. And more maintenance of outside area as it is very beautiful property

Clean homestay/hotel cottages with a well maintained garden just next door to the Paradise Resort / TransBharatAviation helipad in upper Phata. Bit difficult to locate. may consider more signages. Nice, friendly and very helpful staff. Specially will remember Prakash who helped with emergency supply of food and allowed us to use the facilities after check out hours due to morning chaos and late return from Kedarnath Heliyatra.

Horrible experience, very bad management from make my trip. Worst experience ever. Room was dirty, besheets were used.

Great property in the middle of greenery with serene front view of mountains. Bonfire at night was provided and great hospitality shown by sachin bangwal. Staff is very good and cooperative

Day time frequently power cuts. Staff was not willing to on generator. Staff was not co operative. Rooms was not clean. There is no food option available due to resort is far away. It is very bad experience at resorts. Cost is very high. Do not choose this resort just for near to holi pad. There are many places available for hot water.

The resort was located at very good place and three helipads are near to this resort i. E. Pinnacle, thumsy and one more best place to stay for kedarnath travellers going through helicopter services

Good room, but rooms could have been maintained slightly better. The property is far from the city and they don't provide food except for fixed time. So in case someone is hungry, there is no option for any food to be available until the stipulated time or one has to go 5 km into the city to get something to eat.

Room service they provide is not up to the mark. Food quality is so so.

they didn't clean the bathroom even after repeated requests. drainage from the bathroom is poor so water flows to the living room
