Location was good, food was excellent, they should improve facilities and provide room service such as delivering food in room and also they should consider changing there last dinner order time to 10PM minimum.

Amazing stay in beautiful heritage property

The property was very beautiful. Staff was very courteous. The rooms are very well decorated and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice dosa especially was very good there is a huge outside Garden which was very well maintained

We stayed at Kelso Ooty, and it was such a beautiful property! Everything about it felt so luxurious — every corner looked straight out of Pinterest. The place was neat, clean, and beautifully designed. We visited around my birthday, which made it even more special. The only small downside was that outside food isn’t allowed, and since we asked for birthday arrangements at the last minute, they couldn’t accommodate that. Apart from that, everything was top-notch. The restaurant served really good food, though the breakfast waiting time was a bit long. Overall, it’s a perfect holiday spot — classy, cozy, and absolutely stunning!

It was an amazing stay the hotel was absolutely beautiful & vintage. The location was also breathtaking. The garden was well kept . Everything was very neat & clean. staff was very friendly & kind. Food was delicious. We had a special request for my friends birthday cake it was the most tastiest & delicious cake . I would definitely suggest it to my friends & family

We had an amazing experience at Kelso House! The place was very clean, and had vintage English architecture as marketed. Also had a pleasant yard -- flowers, park, swings, and whatnot. The only thing that needs improvement was the breakfast. The options were very limited, especially with relevance to English breakfast. The lack of amenities also set itself back. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! Would recommend it to family and friends..

I stayed at the property fr 2 days.. the property was well maintained and clean. The rooms were good. The staff and services were not upto the mark. The restaurant staff ws nt at all helpful and courteous. Overall an average stay. Nt at all value fr money.

It was a pleasant experience for us on one of the famous vintage property in Ooty . Their hospitality was good and property has very asthetic and beautiful view . Garden and villa is well maintained. Food was average and food quality should be improve specially on breakfast.
