The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience and making us feel right at home. The breakfast options were good, but the à la carte menu could use some improvement, especially considering the price point. While the overall food experience was decent, the flavors could be enhanced. Overall, The Kelso House is a fantastic retreat in Ooty, perfect for those looking to unwind in a beautifully maintained space with a homely atmosphere. I am short of words to describe this as one of my most beautiful stays at ooty. Visiting ooty almost every year over 35 years, i don't t think i have come across property so exquisite and charming right in the heart of ooty. And still makes you feel you are away from all the hustle. And bustle of this busy hill station. The place is done up with so much care to detail and even peivlce seems to be hand picked by the property owners, who also live right adjacent. The staff is absolutely courteous and takes care of your needs perfectly well. Very sweet and humble set of people. It just makes you feel. At home with a lot of added luxury and some awesome views. A great lawn, games room, a quaint sweet restaurant, and a beautiful english library, makes the setting perfect for a quiet getaway.

I had my stay for 2 days and it was very comfortable, satisfying and calm. The staff members were very polite and well behaved. The property is very peaceful and neat and clean. Food was good specially, the breakfast, which was complimentary in my booking. This property has garden for relaxing and enjoying the 360 view of ooty. The rooms are spacious and super clean which comes with balcony and gives a super view of ooty.

It was one of our best stay at Ooty. It’s a unique property composed of fine tuned architecture, lush green garden with a mesmerising view, delicious food and courteous staff. All this combo made our stay absolutely comfortable. Must recommend the stay at kelso House of Ooty without giving second thought.

It's one of the most best properties I've ever stayed in. Beautifully made and the attention for detail was impeccable. A must visit for anyone staying in Ooty. The staff, especially Sujoy was very helpful and forthcoming and they saw to it that everything was taken care of.

The property is very well maintained and the rooms are aesthetic, it is comparable to a stay in a 5 star Kelso House of Ooty. only thing is the breakfast doesn't have a lot of option as compared to a 5 star Kelso House of Ooty chain but it does not miss out on the taste.

The property is very good, tidy and at a great location with a mountain view. Staff was very supportive, caring and helpful. The only thing to take care and improve is on breakfast variety/ options.

Ambience was excellent, hygiene was at par.. the only concern is the food timing which is limited to 9:00 in the night which is bit difffixukt specially if you travelling with a kid.. otherwise overall experience was excellent
