This use to be my regular place to stay whenever I am in Tirupati. Now this time it has been a very poor experience from many fronts, Coffee sent to the room was very cold and when sent back they say here we have heated and got back. Room not kept clean, kettle was stinking like some dead animal, how can someone use to heat water. The front office looks tired, well somehow overall experience is very poor this time.

No cleaning for the room, no water bottle. A/C was sounding high and also TV not working properly.

Please its old hotel, showers leaks, no lock system to door. They can't manage crowd and overall not a great stay at all

excellent rooms, conveniently located at walkable distance to the bus stand. food was excellent, especially the buffet. ambience was fantastic.

The hotel is well located. The rooms have all the amenities and are serviced well.

The room was good with decent space with convenient checkin timings. Placed in perfect location close to all the basic needs.

Room is very spacious, maintained well. Breakfast spread is really good and tasty as well. Staff attitude is really bad. Staff at the reception speaks very rudely and they seem to vent out at the guests. I have seen them using flithy language even while communicating among themselves infront of the guests too. I would think twice before staying here again.

Front Desk staff service is very poor and not professional. Other team members were good except the front desk staff.

Very well maintained & clean property in good location with very good breakfast options.

Good hotel near the central station, baby friendly place, very nice staff also. Going to Tirumala or any place it's convenient as well.

We had seen this hotel from outside in our last visit to Tirupati and it looked quite grand and nice so booked it this time. But extremely disappointed. It seems to be a very old hotel and not really well maintained. We found couple of small cockroaches in our room, the bathroom fittings were all old and not in great condition, overall have the feeling of a lodge than a good hotel. Much better, newer options available in Tirupati so better to try those instead.

The hotel facilities are starting rated but the maintenance is very poor. Many cockroaches in the room. AC can't control temperature. Room amenities are poor. Food is ok.

Food is good. Cleaning is poor. Bathrooms are smelly, exhaust doesn't function. Room service is poor. Overall experience is unpleasant.

After ITC Fortune exited the JV with the Kences Group, the property went down in maintenance for a while. Now, they have been upgrading their property one by one, but the priorities are wrong! The Sony Smart Tv is nice, but the centralised a/c without controls is not useful. The new mattress is nice, but the 1990s brass taps require a lot of effort to open and close. Hot Water is super hot, but the tap ensures the water only piping hot. Eventually, it is the same property but with not much of a change.
