Let’s start with the location, kences is absolutely centrally located and has a very good connectivity aprtc bus station is bang opposite making commuting to tirumala, padmavati temple very easy and affordable. Lord govindaraja temple is at a walking distance of 15min. The room is was offered was clean and tidy, linen was clean and free of any stink or stains. The bathroom fittings were average, but functional and could have been better. The washroom was spic k and span and the hand flush worked fine too! so by and large the room ticked the major necessities and basics needed. The air conditioning too was efficient and functional with no hassles. The only turn off was the room had a stink or cigarette smoke, which i suppose the guests using should understand, no to pollute the room with cigarette smoke. This came as a bit of a bummer, but since i was traveling solo i was okay with. Definitely recommend kences for a comfortable stay in tirumala.

The Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand) room was clean and tidy, since i booked for three ppl i was expecting bigger/spacious room but the size was standard. However the room was quite good. The bathroom was clean however required working exhaust system, every time some one takes hot water bath the room would get filled with hot water vapors. The breakfast was good. The Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand) is situated at very convenient location. The Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand) has enough parking location the Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand) surrounding, lobby, breakfast room very spacious. The restaurant attached to Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand) is very expensive

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand). Everything about the Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand) was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I stay there for 3 Days location fine,near to APSRTC no noise in room of traffic window was packed and Glass is of Sound proff. some old but maintain no swimming tank. but when i book i know very well i book with breakfast fast option but after payment Hotel manager said no include break fast i paid breakfast payment how this happened is really not known.over all Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand) and staff is good.only language problem.

Stay was comfortable and food was also good. Friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained and fairly spacious rooms. Ac did not have temp setting and seemed to be centralized but it was not too cold. In tirupati when using google maps always be under a 5 km flyover near the Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand). Once you get on it there is no exit till you finish and come back under the fly over.

Our stay at fences Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand) is very comfortable and had nice sleep without any disturbance, being a couple stayed from other state and care taken by the Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand) authorities was excellent. Stay was good room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary break fast was good. However i checked in at 6pm and i had next day late bus back ro bangalore but rhe staff made me check out at 10am only or pay 1 day room rent extra

Property location is excellent. It is near bust stand, so very convenient. Very clean rooms, hot water, good ac. Everything fine except room service - didn't change the bedsheets the next morning, may be due to less manpower.

Location is very good, just opposite apsrtc bus station. Food is also very nice. Even service is pretty good but the electrical fittings are not good and sufficient number of sockets for cell phones charging are not available.
