It was an average experience. Gym wasn’t maintained. Swimming pool water wasn’t cleaned enough. Ashwin was the manager who was very rude and said no to every request which we asked for.

Very slow services. Less place to sit in cottage. Food and services take lot of time to service . Half time services are closed

Property is well maintained, staff is very polite, re q entertainment facilities like tv, music, etc.

It was a comfortable stay at this property. Property is clean, and rooms are well maintained. Part of the property seems to be under maintainence. However, it did not affect our stay.

Very nicely managed resort. Nice smiling people to talk to you. Always keen to help you. Con for me, was lot of building activities going around, so the environment had dust, which i wanted to avoid. This willl be a lovely place in and after monsoon. Wish to visit them again after some time.

Less staff, limited food option, overall not worth the price, very few items in breakfast, rooms not worth the price

Location was awesome. House keeping doing gr8 job, neat and clean water cottage stay made awesome memories for life on good occasion. And this is only suggestion need improvement in food quality. It’s good but compare to fabulous location it must be mouth watering taste needed.

Staff very good but should be more. More variety in food. Spa, roopali excellent. Manager ashwin very helpful. Villa good, pleasant stay.

Kenisha is little inside from main road but once you are inside the kenisha team takes good care of you. Perfect place to enjoy weather, swim, games and food. Excellent service and delicious food. Very nice ambiance.

The place was serene and excellent get away from the city. Very affordable, comfortable and loved it.

It was good property but food was pathetic. In lunch they served uncooked chicken snacks bhajia was also dripping with oil n under-cooked in dinner partially cooked chapatis and above all for all orders waiting time was around 1 hour breakfast spread was very limited only 3 items. Stray dogs rooming in property and cat in restaurants. And ready to attack for food. Syaff don't understand basic instructions overall very bad holiday spent

The property is well maintained. Co operative staff. Highly recommend. Just felt that the choices in breakfast must be more.

We had booked water cottage for 1 night and stay there on 31st march 23. It was excellent stay with family with home like care. Specific mention of bake who is so caring and so humble. She made our stay very comfortable. Took care of smallest requirement and help us to play tt. Thanks a lot
