Terrible Stay

We were not entertained at all the center was closed and the irresponsible staff wouldn't attend the phone calls and made 3 senior citizens to be stranded in the middle of wilderness at night without bed or other amenities. No electricity no personnel. Please refund the amount and compensation for the inconvenience suffered by three senior retired army officers
