KERALA BAMBOO HOUSE

We stayed for two nights in the most basic room (without ac. Room was clean, basic amenities like water bottle, bath towels, basic toiletries provided. Rooms from outside are bamboo huts and have a mini sit-out with two chairs and a table. Location is very close to the beach. Problems faced - no hot water, toilets weren't super duper clean (expected), cockroach found in washroom (can't help) and certain corners of the room can be kept cleaner. Checkin timing is 1 pm, but the room wasn't ready till 1. 20pm. (they let us checkout 20min late, since we requested) lot of resturants/cafes near by. Our huts were in the midst of the green environment. Looked nice and fresh. Overall it's a good place to stay if you are a budget traveller.

My stay at kerala bamboo house was made even more enjoyable by the decent beach view from the property. It was truly a treat to be able to relax and unwind while taking in the sights and sounds of the nearby beach. The combination of the lush garden surroundings and the calming beach view created a perfect balance between nature and relaxation. I found myself spending hours just gazing out at the waves and feeling a sense of tranquility. This beach view added a special touch to the overall experience and made my stay even more memorable.

It's very near to the beach and the resort has a very nice ambience and the small pond in the centre is so beautiful and peaceful, the resort is couple friendly and has superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially dawn. I would highly recommend it. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It's better to book a/c rooms during summer. And i would really prefer kerala bamboo house again if i ever visit varkala again.

I stayed at the non. Ac standard cottage and it was more than enough for a solo travelers. Though it can be a good option for couples on a budget but can be problematic if u are too much into comforts or luxury. At this price point it is a decent value for money place. Hosts are great and supportive. Location is well marked and google pin is accurate to the gate. It directly opens back into north end of cliff.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please ) give your staff awards! had a wonderful experience at the Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Location can't be any better. It's right in the varkala north cliff and all the good restaurants and shops are within walking distance the cottages are made of bamboo and they are nestled within a garden. Room is neat and tidy and are very very reasonably priced

I already know about the place from a friend of mine and i stayed one time before but this time i’ve enjoyed and room was just awesome neat and clean but the cliff cafe they providing food for kerala bamboo house wasn’t good, overall i had a nice experience

Ambience, the owner and staff made it worth staying. Reached out of the way to help us. If u ever wished to visit varkala, give this place a must try. It has clean rooms, good staff and the north cliff is just walking distance.

Years and years we are coming. Always good. Perfect for the price and the location. The staff is very nice and helpful. Perfectly clean.

It's quite clean, the area is spot on closer to every placeyou want to visit and the staff is super polite.
