Kesar heritage

How make my team choose this kesar heritage hotel in their group! it is very very bad hotel. Except food all amenities are very poor. Tv is hung just for show. One terrible condition is that my partner's toilet have partially roof. I never suggest this hotel for anyone.

Room was clean and good. Bathroom was spacious and had supply of hot water. Toilet could have more clean. Hotel was at a walkable distance from clock tower, mehrangarh fort, step well, etc. However it was a narrow pathway to hotel and was tough to find. Overall the stay was good. Costing could have a little less for the experience had.

1 terribel. It is not a great hotel at all. 1. The hotel is situated in very bad location. There are many same kinda lanes which we have to go to reach the hotel. Some time we became puzzled and even we have to use google map. 2. There is also no car parking spot. 3. The celling is actually not well and it's not high enough. And for this reason, when i raise my hand, my finger was cut by the fan accidently. 4. There's no tv also. So we stayed there only one night instead of five.

It was the worst hotel to stay. The staff was rude. They didn't stick to the policies mentioned. Despite claiming, on, that they accept local id and are couple friendly, the owner said otherwise. The owner insisted to cancel the booking and make an unofficial booking with them (without documentation. After few minutes of arguments, he allowed us to check in but didn't made entry in the register. The staff members were constantly staring at my friend making her very uncomfortable. So much so, that we decided to check in to another hotel after an hour. I booked the hotel seeing the positive reviews. Although, the cleanliness was okay and the property was decent, but the demeanour and behaviour of the staff made it a terrible experience for us. Also, they were not following the rules, and there were no other guests, making it very suspicious as well. I won't suggest any couple to stay there. I would have given -1 rating, if available.

The home stay is located at very perfect location as the rooftop allow you to take very scenic photos of mehrangarh fort but if someone comes early morning then get ready to face dogs in the streets. The problem that we faced was of water shortage most of the time as water tanks are very small that supply water to the rooms. We asked the owner to change the bedsheets as they claimed that sheets are clean but there were oil stains on the bedsheets. But the owner and staff members were really very helpful in all possible ways.

Nice ambiance food quality and room service is too good. Owner is also polite

Once you reach the destination don’t judge the book by its cover. For us, it was an awesome stay at a very reasonable price. Thought it was little inside but was just 10mins away from the fort.

It is a home stay where we found the most clean and spacious room in our trip to rajasthan. It is located inside a side street, it's only few steps walk from road. Wonderful view from the terrace and delicious food we loved our stay and food which memorable.

It was a complete enjoyable stay nice clean and big rooms makes it worth. Location is superb fort step well clock tower white palace mostly all places are on walking distance. It set after a few steps walk in a street so don't be surprised with it a hidden charm. Food on the roof top have veg collections and awesome in taste and it is popular by it's name kesar heritage restaurant and for it's local cuisines taste.

Superbs place for stay here for everyone just like couple, family, friend, etc
