The property is in deep interiors and the road enrouting a bit curve and poses dangerous. Service was not good and the supervisors are not good at all

It was a wonderful stay that lasted for 2 days. Conveniently located amidst the scenic mountains, it delivered a beautiful experience.All the staffs are quite polite and very courteous and went an extra mile to provide me a delightful experience despite of being relatively new to this business.They have all the potential to exceed the current standard.

The property is situated slightly away from Ooty town, providing a quieter setting. It is a newly constructed hotel featuring spacious rooms, which offer plenty of comfort. The on-site restaurant caters exclusively to vegetarians, ensuring a variety of vegetarian meals. However, it’s worth noting that the rooms lack fans or air conditioning, which might occasionally make the indoor atmosphere feel a bit stuffy.

The property was fantastic from every aspects .Location wise it was 5/5 . Food availability wise I will provide 3/5 as most of the foods are out of stock . Cleanliness wise it is 5/5 . Staff behaviour was fantastic .

No amenities, no food apart-from breakfast no proper staff, and very very far from the town and no hotels near by. We need to travel min 30 mins to find the food

We had a very pleasant stay and it was comfortable.

Initial hospitality was good, but later they took more than 1 hr to deliver tea, that too we have to follow up multiple times over phone and visiting the reception. They were not ready to provide hot water; we stayed there for 2 days, requested and complained multiple times regarding hot water. Every time they used to give false promises that it will come in 5 mins, but it will never come. They will ask us to wait for 2 to 5 buckets - but it won't come. At the end you will realise that they are trying to waste your time and you will give up on hot water and move on with your tour plan. When you ask for food bill, their printer will not work. Then when you request again after some time while checkout, they we will provide the mmt bill in a cover, as if we don't have that copy over email.

JCI event was conducted in the audi which was too noisy with bass effects. Room was good but the noise kept us awake till 12 am. Parking was full because of the events.

Booked two deluxe rooms from 7th to 9th november. Excellent location overlooking the ketti valley and nestled between tea gardens, the resort has spacious rooms with nice views and well maintained bathrooms, provides parking facilities, has a large restaurant providing only vegetarian food and very courteous, helpful and supportive staff. It's away from the bustle of the city. The only problem was the lack of variety in the dinner menu. It was a great stay otherwise.

This is a new property located 5km ahead of Ooty town. It sits overlooking a tea plantation with beautiful views and a silent, blissful atmosphere. The road from hotel to Ooty is good tarmac but slightly steep; manageable though. Evening return to hotel is recommeded before dark, by 6.30pm considering the windy road. Our booking was handled by Mr. Jagadish who was very prompt and accessible. We got a 6 bed large room with two bathrooms (room no 305) with 2 king size beds and 1+1 bunk bed big enough for adults. Bathrooms were big, clean and hot water was also available. The whole property is clean, safe and secure. There is ample car parking in the open but within the compound. The entry exits are a bit steep so new drivers need to be wary. Being a new property there was a bit of coordination issues with the housekeeping but the staff were friendly and tended to all our requests. There is a pure veg restaurant available. The food quality needs improvement. Swiggy & Zomato are allowed so we had options. Only issue is the restaurant is above the room and accessible only through the car entry ramp which may not be easy for the elderly. Met the owner Mr. Prabhu who welcomed our feedback and promised to iron out the small niggles. Overall a nice peaceful stay at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The property is not suitable for old age people limited food options and very costly very slow room service

Very bad experience, they have fully veg restaurant where food was worst and service also worst . They don’t have stairs and entry point is having high top slopes where we won’t suggest for aged person

The best place with the best view and down to earth staff! we had a really good time. It was in the middle of hills and was kinda far from the city. Before booking please get a tourist to pick and drop.
