Good hotel, but hidden charges

Good suit room with ambience. Clean and neat. Few Toiletries were missing, but provided on request. Non veg items are good. but other items are above average. Spread needs improvement compared with other 4 star hotels. Service of staff is good. but i noticed lack of transparency in pricing. Instead of straightaway price, hotel added some other charges with GST.

The best location in Thekkad

The location of this hotel is the best in Thekkary. You can park your car in the hotel and can just walk towards the boating entrance and also to the elephant park. The restaurant was really good with amazing ambience and fast service.
