Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady

An awesome experience at keys prima. Welcome & check in : a beautiful gesture followed by welcome drink. Check in was smooth. Room & food : room was very good 4th floor with nice bathroom/toilet. Lobby, lift and room was having a lovely fragrance. Dinner was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Although we didn't get buffet but they provided everything what we asked. Quality and quantity as well. Staff & ambiance : every staff behavior whom we meet was very nice & polite. Hotel has nice rooftop garden. Why to re-command : the location of this Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady is supreme. All the important activities in thekkady (periyar lake boating, kalari martial arts and kathakali) are walking distance. If you are coming from kottayam or munnar, there would be tiring after 4 hrs journey. So you can explore these 2 activities without cab since kalari show is in the evening and boating staarts from morning 7:30. Also elephant point and spices are nearby. What can be better : a swimming pool for kids atleat can make this wonderful. I believe it will definitely help any one who will visit thekkady.

Rooms are fantastic and too neat and clean, we were owe with the rooms and facilities in the room, kettle, fridge, tv, each room has connected dining area and it's kind of single bedroom but no kitchen. Service needs improvement, has ordered food and we were told 30 mins but it took more than 1. Hr to deliver and that too in multiple deliveries. Also the dinner buffet needs lot of improvement, not much kerala siahes and only 2 non veg items, 1 fish curry and chicken curry, no non veg starters, veg is good but they need to seriously think of it. Breakfast buffet needs improvement, panner parata was hard, service need a to be good, if we order 2 dosa they get one and 2 omlettes they give one and upon asking they says ohh let me. Get it, not it's wantedly or happened to me. Location is very near to periyar wildlife, elephant camp and shopping market. Rooms are too good, we booked 2 superior king room and at checking they provided 1 superior king room and another upgraded room superior suite room, which is too large for us and we enjoyed the stay

From the Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady perspective, the stay was good. Don't expect anything compared to a resort. The room was clean and neat. All the staff from the security, room service and reception were very cordial and helpful. This can be attained only after continuous training of hospitality. However, i hope they give more options for breakfast. The rooftop garden is nice but no bar facilities or dining there. Parking space can also be increased. All these were expected with the pricing. That's why i mentioned it. Overall the stay was wonderful.

This property is new. Hence, you'll find it has everything appearing fresh and clean. Staff also puts in effort to keep the property top notch. House keeping is also great here, no complaints. Restaurant is well maintained and breakfast was decent. The property is located just 200 metres from the periyar tiger reserve. Hence, no need to take your car out. What could be improved? the parking situation is disappointing. There's very limited parking space. Hence, cars are parked very poorly. There's huge risk of getting your car scratched.

Very good Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady & location wise it is located near boating point & other activities near by. You can reach every attractions near by walk only. Hotel is relatively new property & staff are very helpful & courteous. Only downside was food is average but again breakfast spread was nice. I this trip i booked keys Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady in bangalore, cochin & thekkady but this Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady was best among all.

I was with family, and we reached there around 3'O clock . Front desk immediately recognized with the name and allotted us rooms within 5 mins. I have asked them to arrange a cake by evening. Even though there is no bakery nearby, they managed to arrange fresh cake. All staff are courteous and helpful. I was in a hurry that I missed out their names of the staff to give appreciation. All the staff who are on duty on 21.05.2023 and 22.05.2023 we thank you 😊

The stay at keys prima was really pleasant. It is really close to the boating booking centre. The Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady staff were really helpful and very friendly. My parents felt really good while interacting with the staff. Kudos to ansari from food and beverage for not just serving us good food but also giving suggestions for places to visit. In all it was a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend this place

Perfect newly introduced property to stay in thekkady. The room was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Staff is very cordial. Rooms exceeded my expectations. Location is perfect. You can access rose park, spice garden, elephant sanctuary, cultural centres for kathakali and kalarioayattu, boating, rafting, trecking and jungle safari all within range of 4 km only.

It is a new Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady. The ambience is good. They have good quality linen. Check on their breakfast. It was divine! the housekeeping is top-class.

The property is located very close walkable distance to the periyar tiger reserve entry ticket issuance area. The Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady staff right from the security, restaurant service, room service to front office every one was very friendly and excellent at their job. The food was also very good both the complimentary breakfast and dinner buffet we had there.

Good to stay at thekkady and near by the main market, garden at terrace provides peace, lack of pool.

The rooms, front desk, dining staff, house peeking staff were all helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Dining staff served us food even though we were the only guests who opted for dinner and even when the time was 10:00 pm. Overall a very good stay.
