It was very nice to experience, right from check in to check out. Hospitality is very good. There is always some one is ready to help at all places be it pool, boat riding, high tea, raft, peddle boat, swing, culture programme or break fast or dinner. You find every body greeting you with smile. So you feel like more than home !

Best location in thekeddy, rooms were very clean and equipped with all amenities. They voluntarily upgraded our room for accommodation 3 guest. Restaurant staff were very courteous and humble to serve us delicious food. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Recommended for all travellers coning to thekeddy

Clean well maintained Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady attentive staff i left my phone in the room after i check out but a staff member came back with my phone before i headed out not sure what i’d have done without the phone in these days and times high points for the efficiency

Location is excellent. Its just beside periyar tiger reserve ticket counter and kalari centre. Rooms are big. Nice breakfast. But there is n issue with their buffet. The non-veg counter was always remain empty even after frequent asking

Underground parking facility at a hill station is cool. We were served with a welcome drink. The service was good. The roof top garden setup is cool. The rooms were clean. Washrooms cleanliness could have been better. Recommended!
