The property is very conveniently placed on the main road with very easy sccess to the mall, cabs and many other local amenities. The stay was very comfortable starting from checkin to checkout. The food buffet was of its class and all other amenities are up to the start mark. The staff are very hospitable and courteous. The front desk staff are very courteous friendly and accommodating, specially asmita went out of way to help me in arranging an early checkin after a very tiring midnight flight, it was a real breather. She also assisted me with my local needs by giving me right guidance about places and services. Her assistant made my stay a memorable one. Seeing her ever smiling face after a busy tiring day and her enquiry on how was the day, actually alleviates your whole day's stress and make your evening fresh. She's a soothing star. Overall the experience was excellent.

I had booked a club room 40 sq ft for three of us. We were initially allotted room no. 410. I had read reviews about a/c not working in some room. Unfortunately 410 is one such room. After multiple attempts the maintenance could not fix it. The front office lady was good enough to shift us from second night onward s to another suite room 523 where the experience was excellent. Breakfast spread is good. However again a/c is a big problem towards the entrance of the dining space. Suggestion: the rooms where a/c is an issue please provide a stand fan atleast so that guests don't get up sweating in the night. As the front office was kind enough to shift the room, i am giving highest rating for my stay.

Coming from uk, i was bit worried about the hospitality and staff in a new city. Now, i stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Hotel staff is very helpful and that starts from reception to housekeeping. - a special mention to asmita (front desk) and sandeep(housekeeping) made sure that our family stay is comfortable and relaxed. 5 stars - location 5 star - food and restaurant staff 4 stars - swimming pool - 3 stars overall i will rate my stay as 5 stars. Hotel parcels estique is best Hotel Parc Estique located at viman nagar on pune nagar highway 3. 2 kms from pune airport. Lobby is big with good ambience. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom is big and well maintained. Hotel rooms available at best price compared to other 5 star properties. Restaurants are good with nice tasty food. Staff are polite and provide timely services. It’s value for money if you are looking for 4 or 5 star Hotel Parc Estiques near airport.

This property is excellent in overall ratings. Location is very convenient for travellers, rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Service is very prompt. Price is reasonable and value for money. Breakfast is delectable with plenty of choice. Mr dev kumar is the manager and he is very cooperative and ready to help all the time so are all Hotel Parc Estique staff. My first choice to stay in pune. It was a pleasant stay at the Hotel Parc Estique. The rooms as well as entire property is well maintained and clean. The food is good and breakfast has many options. The staff is professional and friendly. Good choice to stay with a convenient location. Will definitely recommend.
