It was a day visit the rooms were clean and tidy however we wanted to book for the night and the booking was taken for day when tried to reach out to the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Hosur Road, Bengaluru and requested them to provide to night stay they denied which is very bad

Hotel was great. I booked all meals plan and food was amazing. Room was great. Checkin experience was smooth and staff were very nice. Even i called house staff for tv, and he was very polite and respectful. Room were clean, little small, but great.

There was a small issue. One restaurant bill was wrongly put under my room number. The Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Hosur Road, Bengaluru authorities should verify before asking someone to pay for the bill which didn't belong to that customer

This was my second stay at keys and the staff recognised me, were courteous and helpful as usual. True value for money. I am going to come back for stays more often. Nice room, bathroom and value for money food.
