Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram

The last time i visited this particular Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram was in 2016 & was much impressed by it, this time: it was undergoing renovation which i think it sorely requires. The property is cost effective & location is excellent. The staff is the main plus point of the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram, nijin, ilule from food service, the extremely courteous special needs guy from housekeeping & chelsea from reception made our stay memorable. Close to the padmanabhaswamy temple & do visit the hantex store nearby. Looking to revisit once its renovated.

The check in process was just a disaster. Initially everything went well. The person at the reception handed over the key and when i went to the room it was already occupied. That was just plain blunder by the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram. Came down to lobby and was asked to wait there which had no fan or air conditioning. Finally after like 10 mins we checked in. After that everything was nice. Note: don't order room service, they charge like a 5 star Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram which it definitely isn't.

Location is excellent, check in was smooth, at first room allotted had smoke smell and the reception immediately changed my room. Although little worn out, everything was neat including toiletries, towel etc. Breakfast can improve. Can give only 5out of 10. Spread is okay but need improvement for the standard of the keys Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram. Manager did not accept order for dosa etc which is very usual in a breakfast. Few minutes later he was seen serving for few other guests. On enquiry he did not give a definite answer

The stay was good. Rooms were clean and neat. Their service was upto the mark as whenever i called the concierge they picked up and attended my request. Breakfast was ok ok and could have been little better. The live dosas and omelette counters were good but the kept food was not upto the mark. They had the wallet parking which was good too. Overall 4 stars for this stay.

The Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram room was amazing, so was the pricing. The Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram premises were safe and clean. The restaurant has no bar but some really good food. The location of the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram is nice, it is close-by the airport but a bit far from central.

Good stay it’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner(aunty. Staff was extremely friendly. Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience

I booked a day stay package to visit the padmanabasamy temple. Since i was arriving early around 7am, i requested the manager of i can get the room between 7-12pm. Ajith was super helpful and accommodated the request. The Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram is clean and located in a prime area. Worth the money

Nice center of Tirvanandhapuram city and easy to assess all temples particularly Padbanabha temple and site seen and nice place to stay with family.

One of the best budget friendly business Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapurams in the city location is great and can access every part of the city easily rooms are spacious for the budget with spotless toilets check in check out are hassle free and super fast

Everything about the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had lunch. Food was good and great.

Decent budget business Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram. Friendly staff, good housekeeping and other services. Only downside, in-house restaurant isn't great, overpriced, lesser options and quite some room for improvement in taste.

Good hospitality and good environment, good room, total ambiance is really good. I will prefer this Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram in my future visit too. Only issue i see was parking facility, not much space for parking.

It's a good property and very close to bus stand and railway station. This the second time i had booked this property.
