Keys select is a old property but however it is maintained well. The food at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kochi is slightly expensive but good. There are no other restaurants near by and eating at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kochi is the only option. The hospitality of the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kochi staff and particular mention of ramesh chandra malik as understands the food tastes of people from other states. Overall experience at keys is good but as the renovation of Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kochi is in progress expecting much better experience in future.

Check in smooth and quick. Room is decent. I was given a room looking at the front end of Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kochi which was not a good scene. Prefered the backwater view but that choice was not offered or discussed with. Break fast is good. Overall food quality is ok. Room service call attendence is below par with trainees and inexperienced staff attending the calls. Making mistakes in noting down orders. Forgetting orders etc. Total confusion is prevailing in room service call attendence. But for that a positive experience

The location is very good the food was good especially the appam and curry the staff was very polite and helpful, always willing to help. On the whole, had a pleasant stay had work at aroor so the location was perfect
