I had booked for a day for my family of four. Got two executive rooms in flat like apartment with dining, living and kitchen area. Rooms were neat and clean while washrooms reflected the same. Ac and tv were in working properly. No issues of mosquito as the rooms were clean. Even the washroom air vents at mosquito net fitted. Restaurant at the ground floor had all varieties of food that once could think of in veg and non-veg. Abundant parking area with hassle free movement. Only thing is that it is 6kms away from the meenakshi amman temple but the public transport is available right at the entrance of this property which will enable you to reach the main temple within 15-20mins.

Good food, good staff and comfortable stay
It was a very nice experience with a good variety of delicious food served at the restaurant, tried almost all the items, the cherry on the cake was the caramel custard which is incredible, must try .The non-vegetarian menu is very good along with the starters .The staff in the restaurant was very warm and welcoming .The interconnecting rooms which we had taken was very comfortable and clean .The housekeeping staff was very good at their work .K4 keep up the good work 😊.This KFOUR APARTMENT & HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED is ideal to stay away from the dusty and crowded city .

We stayed as a family booking two rooms and so had the full apartment to ourselves. That was great. Apartment was spacious, clean and neat. Room service, housekeeping, etc was quite good. Food was quite delicious though portions could be bigger. However some improvement required in small things. The wardrobe hanger was just 18 inches and so no possibility to hang clothes, no table in the room to keep your bag on. The bed was caving in, not firm. No chair or table in the rooms. There was only a towel rack in the bathroom and no hangers there either! a little highly priced for what’s on offer!

Nice stay here. We were 3 travellers and got to stay at the junior suite. There is a small refrigerator, dining table. We got a double bed and an extra bed in hall bathroom was almost neat, but could have been more clean. The towel rod near washbasin came into hand when we took the towel. So, these kind of aspects should be checked by the house keeping staff. The front desk staff is amazing and support well. The restaurant attached doesn't have a buffet breakfast, however, they provide items from a fixed menu free of cost if booking includes breakfast (small price over the room charges)

First of all its not a KFOUR APARTMENT & HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED, it's an apartment which is operating as a KFOUR APARTMENT & HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED. If travel-ling by own car you will get parking inside. The restaurant is good and food served is very tasty. There was an issue while having breakfast on no. Of person allowed since booking was done for 3 but they were accepting 2 persons allowed which mm t got it resolved quickly when contacted customer care. Great experience with mm t customer care person who was very proactive in resolving issues.

Hitek and rooms were very clean and tidy but bathroom shower tap was very hard to functional and no hot water, after telling to the person hk, action not been taken. Secondly, during breakfast the server not understand english and neither hindi and very difficult to make him understand what i want and though my breakfast included but no choice of eggs were given and instead only 4 options were their -pongal, dosa, vada and idly, so this was just a set back rest everything was very good and clean. All well

Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.It was a great experience. I highly recommend this KFOUR APARTMENT & HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED.

I stayed in their 2-bedroom apartment. The reception was helpful. Lobby had a small shop to buy small eats like biscuits and wafers. This is a good concept. The rooms were very neat and tidy and spacious. There was a kitchenette attached to the hall. I would have given an excellent rating, however, reduced to good as i was not happy with the memory foam mattress on the bed. Otherwise, it's a very good option for the madurai airport area.

It was an excellent stay with great service and food available within the permises. The fact that it's so near the airport was also very convenient.

Located in developing area. Atmosphere is very pleasant. Supportive staff. Offered delicious food.

Hotel for stay is good only thing is they didnt mentioned was the living room and kitchen would be on sharing basis. Even KFOUR APARTMENT & HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED needs to add veg food item more. Overall property is good, its very close to airport though far from meenakshi temple.

We stayed in a 2bhk, it was spacious and clean. Restaurant food was good so we didn’t have to go elsewhere. It’s close to the airport and on the main road. We had a comfortable stay.

For the value, it delivered every penny and more. The KFOUR APARTMENT & HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED facilities were exquisite, the staff impeccable and the food lip smacking.
