They didn't let us check in only and made us wait for an hour at around 4 to 5 am, to tell that their AC is not working. Thanks to them and make my trip that v couldn't sleep the whole night and were stranded on the road in the early morning hours in the rain

It’s also very kid-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The service was outstanding. We felt like every detail was carefully managed and personalized to meet our needs. Mr. Manshul even went above and beyond by picking us up and arranging an auto for our checkout, making our stay hassle-free. The view from our room was breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the place. Honestly, there wasn’t a single point where we could deduct any stars—everything was just perfect. If you're planning a trip to Nainital or Kaichi Dham with your family, I highly recommend booking a stay at Kia Ora. It truly made our trip memorable!

Although i didn't have the opportunity to try other meals, the breakfast experience was positive. Amenities: the property is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. From the basics to the little extras, everything is taken care of. Property: the highlight of my stay was the spacious room, which came with an attached balcony. This added a touch of luxury and provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Overall, this stay is ideal for anyone seeking peace and solitude, away from the noise of the city, without compromising on the comforts and conveniences of modern amenities. Pocket friendly and great place to stay in a homely environment. The rooms are cosy and aesthetically furnished. Rooms and toilets are cleaned. Food is hot and home cooked and as per your choice. The governor of the home stay mr manshul is very co operative and friendly. He is willing to take all kind of pains to make guest stay as comfortable as possible.

Its best placed to stay overnight, when you want to avoid driving on mountain roads during night. Have great relaxing stay, bath, have home cooked food, good relaxing friendly conversation with host, who will feel like long lost friend and start afresh in the morning towards mountains, rather than having driving anxiety, reaching tired at destination and missing all the beauty of mountains while driving.

We stayed here for one night. The stay was overall good. Food provided was freshly prepared. Some extra points for the room services and the cleanliness. Will visit again and again.
