Had a pleasant one-night stay with my wife and daughter. The hotel is clean, well-managed, and truly family-friendly. Shocking.... When I arrived there, the Manager said they are oversold and they can provide a room in their other property nearby. I had to visit that and it was horrible. After creating a scene, the manager finally agreed to send me to another property which was ok. I was alone and I could manage. If it was with family, it would be terrible

The room was in a terrible state, water seepage, broken wallpaper, holes in the bedsheets, and smelly and dingy. The landline was not working and the staff were not helpful at all.

rooms are old and not so clean, one of the room was stinky too, on request they applied room freshener, rooms are not exactly like as described in the images,
