Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is stunning with beautiful views, and the staff were incredibly humble and helpful. I was traveling with my two little kids, and they took such great care of us — truly thoughtful and family-friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

The rooms are spacious, but overall service needs to be improved. The rooms miss out on some amenities like hair dryer, safe, the lights are too dim. There is no changing room besides the swimming pool, and the hotel doesn't provide bathrobes, making it awkward to walk back to the room drenched. The food at the buffet was not hot, they don't use water baths or anything to keep the food hot. Overall, it was an average experience for the kind of price they charge
