Located at a convenient place..... Great stay... Good food and clean rooms

I should’ve know what I was getting into. The hotel is decent in all respects. Bed sheets were clean, hot water 24/7, and staff provided what I requested (water and ice). But a few things were off. The AC worked but in the evening and night, it switched on and off barely cooling the room. In Chennai, the AC is non-negotiable. The bathroom door had moulding. The room itself was tiny, just enough for the bed but nothing else. The dustbin wasn’t cleared from the last guest. All in all this was a 3/5 experience. So much so that I left a night early. I, personally, would rather spend 2k more per night to get a better place.

During my stay, there was a strong stinking smell coming from the AC, which made it very difficult to sleep. I even felt uncomfortable breathing because of it. This really affected the comfort of the stay. The hotel should definitely address and improve this issue for future guests

No Towels , No Dental Kit but the room was ok. The breakfast was quite ok. Overall not that great

Facility is not good

Room was mediocre and did not give a very clean feeling. However hot water and aircoditioning was good. Service was prompt.

AC was not working properly... We had booked for3 Adults but there was double bed only but food and services were proper

There is no proper service. There was no arrangements ahead of the basic things. After asking many times, they provide the essentials. There is no room service for food. If you want to order, they will ask for money ahead bring it like swiggy in bag and when you ask for plate n all, afterwards they will bring but either food gets cold or they forget🙁. So its better to order yourself through zomato or swiggy if you stay there. The amenities written for hotel are not provided. Location wise, its fine. Overall experience is I don’t want to stay there again.

Its a decent stay. Breakfast is good. It would be better if the rooms has fan. Every now and then we have to control temperature of we are depending on ac.

In the room the Ac wasn't working properly and the bedsheets are not clean and didn't provide properly toiletries.The staffs are good. Food is average.

Amenities are kinda okay good breakfast idli pongal vada dosa steamed vegetables sambar chutney fruits coffee tea, and couple more items towels needs revival. Checked-in 3 persons, but they gave a room with 2 single cot, overall a good stay,

Room sanity was very bad. We faced water not available issues many times during our stay. Tooth brush kits were not available. Bed sheets were of super bad quality. We found several cigarette stems in the bathroom, which was annoying for my family. Comparatively tariff is really on the higher end, because it is mentioned as a 2 star hotel. In short, it was the worst experience for us to stay there. I never ever recommend this hotel.
