KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY

We stayed in the KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY from 20th to 22nd July. We expected the room to be a bit more bigger at this price for a double room. However, it served the purpose. Since the room had AC, fans were not provided and there was no other option for ventilation. It would be better if we had the choice to use AC or fan, especially in cold climate. Not a problem if you are visiting in summer, which is the usual climate in Chennai. There is a pantry inside the KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY with the facility for food delivery to room. Breakfast buffet was served in the pantry. Food was decent. Staff were polite and co-operative. Overall, we had a nice stay.

I loved the stay here. The staff and the manager Mr. Vidyanandan are very helpful and cooperative. Definitely coming here only when I come to Chennai next time... Thanks. The food is excellent and fresh. The complimentary breakfast itself has so much variety. Apart from that, whenever we ordered food, it was very fresh and yummy. Loved the cleanliness and the location of the KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY. The manager, reception staff and all others are so sweet and helpful. Even if you are new to Chennai, they will guide you for all your needs. Great stay...

I stayed in Kings Cross Residency for 5 days and found it decent overall. Rooms are little small including bathroom, breakfast options although were good but it becomes boring after you eat for 2 or 3 days continuously since the options won't change at all. However, the quality of the breakfast is good. I stayed in 3rd floor and unfortunately the 3rd floor button in the lift doesn't work, the management needs to fox this. I conclude it as a decent and good experience taking into account the breakfast, ambiance, cleanliness and location.

This KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY is located in a prime area in Indira Nagar 3 rd avenue, Chennai. It is right on the main road so really not an issue to spot. My booking was from 12 noon but they were kind enough to allow check in at 9 am itself. I took a standard AC room which accommodates 3 people. There was complimentary breakfast which was decent. Rooms had all amenities like AC, WiFi, TV and hot water. Room service was also pretty impressive... This would be my preferred place to stay during my next visit too.

Location is quite good... Near the Jayanti Bus Stop and close to Thiruvanmiyur Depot. Got good connectivity options to reach around in the city. The property is relatively new about 2-3 yrs, so it's clean and well maintained. Breakfast is served well with decent variety, I particularly liked their Pongs dish, they took a bit of time to refill at times of rush. Otherwise a good stay for family and solo travellers alike. The cost are on higher side but I got a good deal on MMT with my card.

Good location and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Lift was under maintenance and had to walk 3 floors every time. Hotel has a complimentary breakfast buffet but limited spread. Breakfast closes at 10. 30 AM but food is almost empty by the time it is 10. 20 and items were not filled again. Walkable distance to S2 theatre, hot chips KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY, Domino's pizza and a biryani Palace. Bus facility available to Besant nagar beach. Hotel has a spacious party hall too.

Location of the KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY is just great ... View from the glass window is exciting to look at ... One of the best biryani joint ( paradise biryani) and probably the best dominos outlet is at a walkable distance. Also S2 theyagaraja theatre is opposite to the KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY. All in all a good and comforting stay. Special mention and thanks to Mr. Ali at the reception. HOPE TO HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE IF NOT BETTER, THE NEXT TIME.

We came here for Business Trip. Enjoyed dinner from Hotel, affordable and quality food. Morning Buffet also included in our package, food items were very nice and suits typical south Indian. Comfortable stay and enjoyed our trip. Everything Good in this KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY. Best suited for business trips, very compact rooms with reasonable price. Essential basic services provided and parking facility is a boon in this KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY.

Room was excellent, neat, clean and good for a couple. But for a single person excellent. I looked around for dust In the cupboard but couldn't get it which means they dust well. Only problem is they didn't clean the AC vents. The breakfast was good served south Indian but nice and also with fruits.

Rooms were good, clean. Service needs to be improved. As it was a natural calamity time when I visited nothing more can be expected. Reception was excellent as check-in and check-out was more simplified. Will visit again.

Good stay and please rectify the lift issue. Breakfast is completely good.

Best part of the KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY is the reception you get ... We checked in very early without intimation and they were happy to give us the room so early. The location of the KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY is excellent. In thiruvanmayur LB road. Access to besant nagar beach and IT corridor is good. The breakfast is not great, Needs lotta improvement though ...

Stayed there for 3 nights. Very friendly staff and they would attend any issue right away. Complementary breakfast which is very good. Good neat rooms. Next time I visit Chennai, this is where I will stay. And kinda close to the Beach too.

It is so pleasant and so nice to stay in Kings cross residency, if you are looking to stay in a pocket friendly KINGS CROSS RESIDENCY this is highly recommendable to stay here and this is also located in a nice place.

Overall good for business trip

Stay was good. Provided with 2 bottles of bisleri water, soaps, tooth brush and neat and clean towels.

The rooms were good. The staff were good, courteous and helpful. Their complimentary breakfast was good too. Excellent location and very well connected to other parts of the city. It has a lot of restaurants under 1 km radius. Metro station and local bus stop are at a walkable distance.

The room was neat but the bedsheets were stained bedsheets which disappointed me. Otherwise from the bathroom to the building everything was perfect. The Hotel had a well-mannered staff and it was perfect for the price paid.
