The room of Kings Crown Salt Lake is fine. But the hospitality of front office and standard of breakfast is not good. There are much more mosquitoes. After all there is no any point of satisfaction except room.

Location was very good & nearby main road, safety is great, fully hygiene and maintaining social distancing, have security guard, staffs good behaviour. I'll visit again and again

Good service and good rooms but some due to low occupancy and no adequate staff reception and waiters cook a makeshift food which was very bad.

Glad to stay in this Kings Crown Salt Lake amazing service cooperative staff if I come again in Kolkata sure I will stay here
