I have requested refund but yet to get any response. The room booked was on 3rd floor without lift and my wife is not able to climb much due to knee surgery. When I reached location and saw the room, I requested property manager to give a lower floor room or cancel the booking considering the health concern for my wife. He expressed his inability to do both.
