Kings Villa Garden View Cottages

This place has great vibes 😌 the property itself has amazing view .The rooms were decent and clean and also the bathroom. There is a swing and a Gazebo on which we had a delightful photo session at night . The food was just yumm , we had ordered butter roti, butter chicken and crispy chicken which we loved every bit. The place lit up more at night than in morning with the all the light around the property. even thou this place is a little bit far from the beach its totally worth the stay .

It was a very pleasant environment and a good clean room, around 1 km away from the beach. The staff girl is very cooperative and humble. Great experience!! A few problems you may face are: 1) the food and drinks are costly here 2) they charge 30₹ for one cloth wash in washing machine 3) no nearby facility to go to bus stop, we've to walk for 2kms Rest it was all good 😊

Indeed an excellent choice for stay in palolem. From the time we arrived the room was provided well in time. Neatly kept and good service. The breakfast which is complementary is just amazing and of very good quality, i have to admit. We were 7 of us and all had the same opinion. Very good experience nothing that i could complain of.

Very good stay options and nice property with 10 mins walk distance from the palolem beach. We opted for a deluxe cottage without ac and it was very spacious with a double bed. Rooms were neat and clean. They also have a multi cuisine restaurant in the house with a bar. I am overall happy with the stay and it is value for money.

We booked this place just before x-mas 2023. The place was pretty but could have been maintained better. Rooms were decent but it needs new curtains, bed sheets, pillows and matress. Beach is walkable distance but not too close, so if you need a beach side place this is not exactly you should go for.

Location is great. Beach is around 5 minutes walking from the room. Various eateries and shops are located around the Kings Villa Garden View Cottages. Breakfast is average. Rooms are clean and well kept. Bathroom was clean with good hot water facility. Staff is polite and helpful.

Great room. The cottages were clean and as shown in the photos, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Close to the beach, and all the good restaurants, the staff was sweet. With good and quick room service!what more do you want!

I found the property from make my trip and it was a perfect place which met my expectations. Very near to plaolem beach, neat and clean rooms, and helpful staff. They did very crucial help in the midnight for our medical emergency.

The stay was excellent. A benefit was that the sea beach was only 300 meters away.Breakfast was very good, although the number of options seemed limited.

Peaceful environment, cottages are good, staff is very cooperative, near to palolem beach & market, worthit for value paid, however some basic needs at washroom etc needs to be upgraded.
