I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. - Water Issues: There was a persistent water problem during my stay. Hot water was not available consistently, which made basic comfort difficult. - Swimming Pool: The swimming pool was under maintenance and unavailable, though this was not communicated in advance. - Management Response: When I raised these concerns, the hotel management did not provide proper assistance or solutions, which added to the frustration. - Breakfast Service: The complimentary breakfast was At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that two hot dishes per person would be provided. However, only one dish per person was served, which felt unfair and below expectations. - Room AC: The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, despite having paid for it. - Charging Points: The charging points in the room were not functioning properly, which was very inconvenient. - Kettle: A kettle was not provided in the room, even though it was expected as a basic amenity.

Location is good and near to beach. Good ambiance, food quality is also good but marginally expensive. Room condition is less than average. Washrooms are pathetic. Basic facilities are poor like no hot water. No phone in room. Cupboards are broken. Even stools are not provided in bathrooms.

Food 10/10, liquor rates 9/10,ambience 9/10 pool here is under maintenance,parking is not spacious,ac temperature is fixed,remote is not working cottages should have door

The restaurant was not attached to the hotel... Even though the breakfast was included in the tariff, it was served only after 10 am which is too late... After asking the hotel staff said the restaurant is not their property and the owner is different. They cannot help... Also the room quality is very basic...

The stay was absolutely disgusting and there was a fungus all over the wall and there were cockroaches everywhere and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned up there were marks on the toilet and even the AC wasn’t working Over all it was one of the worst stays I’ve been to

Pathetic rooms with electricity fluctuations and ac not working. Not granted access to pool as someone’s birthday party was going on there. Too costly food. Staff is rude too.

Worst resort stay experience. I booked Family room, which was not up to the mark. Bedsheets were not clean, had spots and patches. Bathroom was dirty. Had insects all over the room. Pool was not operational..

Property location wise it's not very close to the sea. You need to walk for 10-15 mins. The rooms are average and do not appear to be very clean. Services are very limited and you need to reach out to the front desk for everything. Which is sometimes not that great. The only great thing about the stay was the food. The restaurant salt and pepper within the premises is serving some great food and beverages. Superb taste and awesome presentation. Sometimes it feels like a 5 star hotel kind of food. Though limited variety and highly under staffed but does a great job in managing the crowd and their needs. If you are visiting Palolem then visit this place for awesome cuisine. The restaurant manager Sontu does a great job in providing awesome service.

Room condition was very bad. No one cares if room is clean or not. I saw stains on bed sheet. And when we asked for food at 11 pm, they said that kitchen was closed at 10:30 pm. And when we asked them to provide atleast plates and spoons, they denied this as well.

The place was very dirty smells very bad bed sheets not cleaned no power back ups staff behaviour was rude over charging on every items

I wouldn't say it's amazing, but It's good for the family.I was told it was connected to the swimming pool, but when I got there, I was told the swimming pool was under maintenance and I couldn't use it.. I am a bit disappointed.It's good for all kinds of people. We had trouble sleeping because there were a lot of bed bugs on the bed, but other than that, everything else was fine.

There were good staff.. freindly and food was good , beach is near by.👍 will visit once again

It was a calm and relaxed stay we really enjoyed. Service was good. And food was also delicious.
