KINGSTON RESORT

First time I stayed in this property. I have a budget of 2k for a night. Mmt offered it within this range so I took the chance. Also, the pics shared by them looked decent enough. As this has wedding/functions lawns so ample space, the rooms are in a row. Deluxe are the old rooms & new are called executive-lawn view. I'm a solo traveler, didn't mind staying in a deluxe room, despite its not so new interior, window ac without remote, some walls & switches issues, the room felt good, bath was clean and hygienic. No complaints. The restaurant is the basic style, nothing fancy but the food quality was good enough. This property despite being in the heart of the city is noise-free, parking is ample. A little more polishing of staff can do more good, still no complaints. I would recommend you to stay here if the price is right for you.

I stayed at this KINGSTON RESORT to attend a family function at Kanpur. It's proximity with the railway station was the first point for selecting it as stay point. The proximity with company Bagh and Phoolbagh made it more favourite destination. Food is awesome and loved by all. Frontline staff is very very cooperative, soft and loving. I would rather say that Kingston resort is the best choice for a family stay in Kanpur. I thank Mr. V k Singh, Ms. Kapoor and Govind Singh Puri for their memorable and professional attitude throughout my family's stay there.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, lovely and great first impression of KINGSTON RESORT. Everything about the KINGSTON RESORT was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

the facility at kingston resort is very good, neat & clean, hygienic and green ambience. the rooms are beautiful, arrangements are excellent with all good items in bedroom, bathroom, tv, sofa etc. staff is curious, helping in nature. restaurants are nicely decorated, with very good ambience and house keeping, food is very tasty. overall full paisa vasool, it is great value for money ... all the very best to entire team of kingston resort....👍👍👍

The most important part of my stay was I have to check-in early at Around 6 am and KINGSTON RESORT staff was very friendly and the check-in process was very smooth Food quality had breakfast and dinner, both were of good taste and quality Only thing I felt is a bit lack of privacy as my room was just in front of the reception and although curtains were there but one can easily look outside/inside the room.

Hotel is ideally located near Mall road, Birhana Road Kanpur. The business hub at Kanpur. Staff is most cooperative and giving all support whatever needed. Front line staff Mr. V K Singh, Ms. Kapoor and Mr. Govind Singh Puri are worth praise for their wholehearted service and support with their team to make the stay more pleasant. I would wish to stay here again, whenever any occasion happens.

The garden face room is actually the planter face window room. Restaurant lawn play music till night so can't watch tv inside room or watch a mute one. Its ideal if gone with group and or taken lane with rooms for event or so. Its outskirts and nothing like resort stay. Though staff and food was good and all in all it was fine.

Location is in the cantt and cabs don’t want to come and pick / drop there
First we were given rooms that were not good and then when i mentioned that the rooms in the picture shown when booked are different and will raise it with mmt, they agreed to give the rooms in the picture as a favor. So all’s well that ends well

The property is good. Staff welcomes you and very helpful. Located in peaceful area of kanpur. The rooms are clean & big. Overall good KINGSTON RESORT.

Food is really awesome here.

Resort is located in a dusty nit much clean place. Resort signage and visibility poor. Laid out breakfast ordinary. Staff too casual talking in loud voices. No good vibrations on the premise. Reception room ordinary. But room seems fairly maintained. Overall so so experience nothing outstanding to highlight.

Stay was nice when we stayed some programs was going on and it was nice experience

Good and pleasant stay. Big room with hygiene. Hotel staff were very polite. Room service was also good.

5 star for cleanliness, spacious rooms, value for money, friendliness of staff. Two major flows are. 1) location of this property is in such area where your cellular networks won't work. And 2) room service takes hell lot of time.
