We stayed in room 403 and 404. Room was good and having nice mountain view. Good - 1. View 2. Location 3. Room was in excellent condition, cosy bed. Sony television. 4. Helpful and courteous staff. Need to improve- 1. Telecom not working 2. No hook in bathroom 3. Slow water in bathroom 4. Hot cold water balancers does not work properly. Water issues will take 5 times longer to get out from bathroom. 5. Bit expensive, 6. Breakfast is costlier w. R. T. Charges. Better to get down to mg marg and have some snacks there with good range and economical too 7. No outside food allowed in KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL 8. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited in KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL/ room.

Excellent KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL with excellent location located at the kazi road, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Dinning hall is hygienic and well arranged with smiling faces ready to serve warm, finger licking food. Taste is original as it should be. Would definitely recommend this KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL to everybody! it's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again all staff for going just that little step extra for the guests!

Pros: very nice infrastructure. Great service too. 24 hours power backup and in built room heater and ac. Gives a feel of a 4 star KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Inbuilt hot water always. We booked the non view rooms without breakfast since most of the time we were out cons: the location is near mg marg i mean just 700 mts but its a steep walk and will need every ounce of your breath. Another con and it was specific to our room may be is the toilet had some plumbing issue.

It is located in walking distance from mg marg. While coming up, if found difficult, cab is available for rs 100 tp rs 120. Property looks new and well maintained. Front desk staff are very nice. Kitchen and serving staff are very young and polite. Breakfast arranged by the KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL are nice in terms of varieties and qualities. However, i feel, food items, which were served to us in dinner, were not tasty and need improvement.

Our stay was really good. We got one executive suite in the 3rd floor of the KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL with an amazing view of gangtok town and m. G. Marg. The staff of the KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL is very cooperative and polite. Food is tasty and hygiene is properly maintained. Ambience is good. The interiors are beautiful. Mg marg is at 5 minutes walking distance from the KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Overall it is 10 on 10.

Being a solo traveller and going there with a impromptu plan, i had very little expectations. But, this KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL and the staff made my trip extremely beautiful. Thank you for taking care of minute details like providing a hair dryer, electric kettle. The food & location is good. Most importantly it’s safe. I loved staying there so much that i felt sad while leaving.

The KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL is situated at the best possible location you can find gangtok, on top of mg road with a view to kanchanjungha. Pure veg KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL with very delicious food. Appropriate hygiene and safety measures were taken by the staff members. A very friendly staff and always to help members had welcomed my stay.

Property is at nice location, and excellent view to mountains, clean and having nice staff. Renuka mam at reception helped to arrange tour cabs and kept our luggage after checkout. Anurag from staff received us with a smiling face. Overall, nice stay and would recommend the hospitality.

Room was excellent in given cost. Food was unbeatable. We had best best dinner in sikkim tour of 7 days here only.

Fantastic location, got upgrades on room. Amenities are good, but rooms are not properly maintained, got bugs. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is specious and bright. Good value for money.

The KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL is near to the mg road. Just few walk to mg road. Pure veg KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL with nice food. Room was very clean properly maintained and bathroom also very good. Room service is good and staff were well behaved and polite. Highly recommended

Very nice KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL with good food and excellent staff to help and serve. Location was near mg road market.

The KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL has all modern amenities, 24 hours hot water, centralised ac, lift. It is at par with high end KINGSWAY BOUTIQUE HOTELs. Mg road is 2 min walk, the view from the rooms are amazing. You can see the great khanchendzonga in all its glory.

And also have nice view of mgroad

Stay was good it has a nice view from our room we could see kanchenjunga range but there was one negative thing i had booked suit room but it was not more than deluxe

Polite and helpful stuff. Room view for deluxe was quite good. We were able to see mount kanchan jangha every day. Also very near to mg marg

Too good to recommend for family, solo traveler.
