Kingsway Hotel

Nice Kingsway Hotel, food is awesome, hospitality is great, location is also good, only issue is with highway vehicle traffic sound, due to which nobody gets sound sleep. They need to work on soundproof windows.

Front office staff and housekeeping staff were more than cordial and answered to every errands with diligence and sensitivity. This Kingsway Hotel was exactly at walking distance from my workplace and for getting here I would suggest all solo, paired customers to avail the air-conditioner bus shuttle from Raipur Swami Vivekananda airport to Telibandha circle. This is convenient, safe and cheap.

All the staff members are there at your service with smile, and quality of service is also nice.
Front office staff us too good. All the staff offered all possible extra help including early check in Kingsway Hotel. Breakfast was nice, and food is good. Haven't tried bar but they say its good.I would stay again same place during my next visit to Raipur next time too.

Nice and good location, easy to identify the location.
Nothing special, we don't know to ask extra bed, they also never asked us for the bed, we gave adjusted with existing facility, though we have mentioned 3 gusts but by default they supposed to provide facilities for three but provided for two only.

Rooms were good and clean. Hotel staff were well behaved. I had stayed at this Kingsway Hotel 2nd time. There were some issues during my first stay. But I again decided to stay there to see whether the same repeated again! But I think the KingsWay had the attitude to learn from mistake! Thanks

Good rooms, but bathroom's drainage was very bad & slow. Water was getting blocked. Didn't had a comfortable Bath. Wash basins tap also needs a relook. Room was more like a train bogie. Luggage rack & almirah on one side & mirror on the other.

Overall the stay was good, however there were some issues. The wifi connectivity was very poor inside the room and although the mini bar was chargeable inside the room, but the refrigerator was empty and unplugged. Rest everything was good.

The property and staff is good but the maintenance is average. The wall paper of the room in which i stay, was torn, remote was not woking. I was staying overnight only so didn’t complain. Overall experience was satisfactory.

Food was really delicious and the hygiene was maintained so well

For a place like Raipur, this was more than enough.

Overall very good stay at Kingsway. Stayed on trip Raipur to Nagpur. Clean Kingsway Hotel. Spacious rooms. Chose room w/o breakfast so can't comment on food.

Well maintained. Neat and clean. Restaurant price is on higher side. Otherwise very good place to stay.
