a hidden gem in agonda! kinis bistro and cottage in goa is such a find! run by a lovely mother-son duo—she’s the bartender and host, and he’s a seriously talented chef. they made us feel so welcome, it felt like home away from home. the rooms were super clean and had all the basics covered. we originally planned to stay for 2 days but ended up extending to 3 because everything was just perfect—the weather, the hosts, the food! speaking of food, we tried the pasta, chicken, sandwiches, butter chicken, tandoor, and two amazing cocktails. everything was delicious and reasonably priced. what really sets this place apart is the vibe. agonda is known for being a peaceful, lowkey getaway, and kinis is a true gem here. the beach is just across the road, but honestly, i’d pick staying at this cozy spot over a sea-facing room any day. if you’re looking for a chill, budget-friendly stay without compromising on food or service, this is it. we made some great memories here, and i’d give it a solid 5/5. highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at KINIS BISTRO Cottage ! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, KINIS Bistro| Cottagess and other shops. He was an exceptional host, providing top-notch support from check-in to check-out. I liked the taste of the food they provided for complimentary breakfast.He was always available to answer our questions and ensure we had everything we needed. The only things to keep in mind are that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so be prepared for a bit of a workout with your luggage. Additionally, the parking is open and can get a bit crowded at times, but we managed just fine. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Saurabh's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient beach vacation. My stay at this KINIS Bistro| Cottages was truly an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, always ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The highlight, however, was the owner, who was present at all times, personally overseeing everything to make sure guests had the best experience. Their warm and friendly nature made all the difference. The most outstanding part of my visit was the food—absolutely delicious! Every dish was bursting with flavor, making it, without a doubt, the best restaurant in South Goa. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and mouthwatering cuisine!

Location is 2 mins walking from the beach. There are few small buildings in between so no sea view. The food is amazing and the highlight of the stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Basic cottages wo please don't expect a KINIS Bistro| Cottages room facility. The rooms get a lot hot at noon. The vibe of the bistro is amazing.

It's not a stay it's a home away from home, more than the amenities the treatment of the host is way above our expectations

Excellent stay, peaceful place so near to the beach. Had the best food ever and the owner was so friendly and made us feel like home. It was a really nice experience with the perfect atmosphere.

Kin-is is an amazing place, the rooms are well kept, next to the restaurant, making the access easy. The food is just superb, the pasta is “al dente” as the italians would say, in addition to the breakfast the experience was unique and memorable. The care takers of this property are very friendly. The room is average but there is no compromise with cleaning and hygiene. it is just a 1 min walk to the beach if you take a short gali. food is awesome. thanks

Kin-is cottage is absolutely an amazing stay! the food is absolutely delicious here and had a great variety of options and also the service was excellent. The rooms are clean, and have such beautiful artwork inside. The owner ruchi and chef nanak are delightful and welcoming to every guest here. You must visit if in south goa.

An absolute gem of a place! The accommodation, food, location, and hospitality of the owners are just amazing! Extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere located few mins from the beautiful agonda beach :) The food and cocktails here are a must try as well.
