Very friendly and courteous staff. Good food. Good view of k inner kailash. View from rooms 801, 802 and 901, 902 are the best. Drive to the place is also good especially when travel-ling in your own vehicle. Cleanliness is also good. However the deluxe rooms are ok. Bed warmers give you a comfortable sleep. Heaters are charged extra in case you need one. Overall a very good experience

Had a beautiful stay at k inner villa in late october 2024. The property is located perfectly at a hill top. The morning view of the mountains was amazing. It was very cold. Thankfully they had heated bed. The staff were very well behaved and super helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits kalpa

The Kinner Villa is ideally located giving an unobstructed view of the kinnaur kailash range. The room was clean with a view of the apricot orchard which was in full bloom with the snow topped mountain range in the backdrop. Facilities like electric blanket and running hot water was provided. Food was excellent.

The location was excellent, the property was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious but there was no arrange of room heater, this is the only issue we had there. The food was good in taste and there was mountains view from the room. I can advise others.

The location was good, the staff was very well behaved and I can recommend this place. The room was comfortable and we have received all the facilities. It was a secure and clean place only the problem was with the food which was not up to the mark.

This is one of the best and probably highest Kinner Villa in kalpa. Hotel staff is welcoming and service is very good. Food and ambience is great. the majestic view of kinnaur kailash is undoubtedly the memorable experience.

One of the best stay in kinnaur region, this place is at top of kalpa and views from here are best. Staff is polite and helping food was good as well rooms in new building are fantastic, old building is fine as per the money

Found this stay through Mmt and it was a wholesome experience. We had a wonderful stay. The view of Kinner Kailash was so serene and beautiful. Food and hospitality was great. Will visit again for sure. 😊

Very good view of Kinner kailash . Rooms are nice . Apple juice served by them is awesome.

It's situated in the lap of nature, surrounded by mighty mountains. The hosts are so polite. Food is also nice. The crowd is amazing, you get to meet new people.

Excellent place to stay in kalpa, with all the facilities required for a family to stay in winters.
