KipStay Coffea Cove | Rooms in a Homestay

Stayed for 3 days with my wife. The stay, the location was all great. What stood out was the most was the helpfulness of the owner of the property (mr. Nithin) as well as caretaker (mr. Manu) i had something prick my eye and it got quite swollen. Since it was a weekend and night time it was tough for us to find any help on our own. On our request, mr. Nithin personally came down the property and drove us (me and my wife) to a doctor ( a general physician was available in town. He drove us all the way back too. Next day again he arranged an appointment with an opthalmologist to be sure that deeper check is also done by a specialist. Mr. Manu and his also helped us giving us company on trail in the coffee estate on which the stay stands.

This place is located in the midst of greenery and a great escape from the city life. Its a bit away from the main town and apt for families who are looking for a stay where they want to spend more time than who want to explore the town. Mr. Nitin (owner) was very helpful and made some last minute arrangements for us on our requests. Food was decent but not great. You need to inform them in advance if you want to have dinner at the stay as they need to arrange the ingredients from the main town. Born-fire experience was amazing under the open clear sky. Since its a homestay, don't go with high expectations of facilities like a KipStay Coffea Cove | Rooms in a Homestay. All in all, a good stay for us

Kipstay is located slightly out of the city center in the middle of a Coffea Estate. It's a homestay with all the elements of a perfect homestay - a lovely host, clean rooms, tasty homemade food, board games and books, great location and above all, an opportunity to detox from television, alcohol and mobiles. A lovely sunset trek up the estate hills is a must do activity and if you have time, just walk out to the coffee plantation outside the home.. The fruits of Arabica coffea will be a sight to see. All in all a great place to spend a couple of nights with friends and family.

We had stayed for a day at the place. This place is located in a calm and peaceful place. It is great if you want a getaway from hustle and bustle of city. We liked the food it and snacks. There is also bonfire on request. (food and bonfire is charged separately. Please note that the last 500 mtr track is badly broken and your car might bottom out if it lacks high ground clearance, kitchenette access is not available (maybe due to covid) and internet is patchy at best due to lack of network. Shout out to nithin for making our stay comfortable

Was wonderful to stay in this beautiful homestay, an absolute must for every city dweller to experience living with mother nature. Was wonderful seeing so many stars at night and chirping birds in the morning. Location is awesome and thanks to the welcoming host who made the stay very warm and homely, with yummy coffee and food. Would surely recommend this homestay to experience living like a local in this blissful place of Chikmagalur.

We went as family and kids.. This place is in a beautiful location midst the coffee estate away from town. The host is good and homely tasty food is served at reasonable cost. There are not much activities but for those who are looking for a relaxed break, this is a nice place.. Host arranged for the bonfire on our request and we enjoyed it. overall we enjoyed it.

Property location is a bit away from town, but is exactly the place where one would like to be, surrounded by trees. The owner and house keeper ensure everything is taken care of. We found the food a bit expensive in homestay, but it was delicious. Rooms are very clean, property is worth exploring. Overall the visit to kip-stay coffe cove was worth the effort.

Found this place on Google maps while looking for a stay away from City, found an amazing place, awesome property owner, friendly caretaker, had a private hill behind with trekking option available which is a must as it has the most beautiful view like any other crowded treks. Food was good and home cooked, all the rates were reasonable and Worth it.

Beautiful homestay nestled in the mountains. The location has an awesome mountain view. Very serene with coffee plantation in the backdrop. You would love this place, if you wish to relax during your weekend. Nitin, the property owner and his team members are very hospitable. Food is very good. We liked the breakfast.

Everything is good. Food is awesome. Courteous host. But only issue is no outdoor activities are included in the stay. The host charged extra from bus stand to KipStay Coffea Cove | Rooms in a Homestay.

The property is located in a good place. It is a very well maintained property with amazing views of coffee plantation and nature all around. It is peaceful and very relaxing. The food provided is great too.

It’s was a beautiful stay at kipstay. I love the care taker person very kind heart-ed person. Only problem is with wi-fi very limited signal strength
