Kiran Villa Palace.

1. Water heater was not working in the bathroom, so they provided hot water in buckets. Television was not working, intercom was not working. After so much of fuss instead of being apologetic they added additional charges for extra bedding. Experience was really very poor.

Staff is cooperative :) Gives you proper accommodation and modifies accordingly. Would definitely stay again!

Food and location of the hotel is very good and the behaviour of owner and staff is too good.

Booked 3 rooms and stayed for a night. The owner is nice and helpful and the overall stay was pleasant. Room size is big and food is good as well.

Staff was helpful but the hotel need proper maintenance. Outside people come to the hotel at night. Didn’t feel safe.

We have booked this hotel via make my trip. Our stay in kiran villa palace was beyond our imagination. It was awesome. I would rate 10/10 if there is option to vote for. Before coming here i have seen lots of negative comments but i will tell you there is nothing to bad about it. If you have a low budget it's a best place to stay. There is no buffet system but if you include dinner and breakfast in your package then they will provide you food as per your choice whatever you would like to eat. Food was also freshly made and serves hot. Specially thanks to prateek ji for all those arrangements.

One of the worst experiences i had ever in traveling, this was the first time i opted to mm t and was utterly disappointed. I booked for a palace against which i was given a shaddy hotel, where i found smoked up bidis in the drawer, unkept bedsheet, dirty bed runner and to my horror cockroaches playing in my bed in the morning. I immediately checked out and spend the rest of time of bharatpur in my car. Didn't even cared of the breakfast i booked at time of booking as i was 100% sure of the quality of the food after watching cockroaches playing on my bed. Adding to the pain was the mm t customer care who promised a call back and didn't came back which closed my window to go out and explore other stay options. Utter disappointment and trouble to my mom. Never going to book again from mmt.

The hotel owner "upgraded" two of our rooms saying that he doesn't have the rooms available per booking. No toiletries and tea cattle was there in 2 of the rooms. Despite asking twice, they sent stained and torn bedsheets. Towels were also torn and stained. Pathetic and unacceptable. Will not recommend to anyone. Don't have

No parking, no palace, small property shown big

The inside ambience of property is so excellent and calming. Rooms are very cleaned and spacious. Behavior and service of staff was very good. Strongly recommended of this one of the beautiful stay at bharatpur.

After royal stays in bikaner, jodhpur and jaipur. i was deceived by the name and photo of this hotel. It's located right on a street and without the facility for car parking. The room was clean enough but without any carpet. The bathroom wasn't well-lighted, without hot water supply and the soap dispenser was out of order. The small dining room was cramped. However, the staff was courteous though not trained professionally and the food was good.

we were 2 couples on vacation for 2 days. Booked 2 super deluxe rooms for 2 days starting 3rd Jan,23. The hotel is located in a lane with no car parking place inside the hotel premises. In night time hotel management somehow arranges to park 2 cars at max inside. The hotel is located very near to the Bird Sanctuary gate so it was a great advantage. Rooms were good but lacked proper ventilation. Bath room was clean and had hot water supply. Food and services were good too. Over all the stay was good.

only room were good but overall service is poor , they are understaffed and loud music played even after repeated reminder they did not switch off. in night too. breakfast is not an option at all .

The 1-night stay at kiran villa palace was simply superbb! the hospitality of mr pawan (the owner) and his staff was wonderful! the food quality was also mind blowing. The resort is located at a strategic place, just 300 metres away from the sanctuary gate. A must visit for sire

The property is well maintained. Spacious room. Good food. The staff is very good three minutes walk to the keoladeo national park. Highly recommended.
