Kiscol Grands

We checked in for 1 day stay. We did late check in(6:05) to the Kiscol Grands after a long journey from ooty. So i requested for late check out for 2 hrs late. They simple ignored. So we changed our plan accordingly as they allowed us to keep our baggage in the lobby. Coming to rooms(deluxe) they are very clean and tidy, spacious. House keeping is so nice and helpful. Restaurant food is very good, tastes quality, prices are reasonable but only issue they take lot of time to prepare and server. Overall my experience is very good but the way they deal my request for late checkout is only part that i didn’t like.

I have stayed at dozen of Kiscol Grandss in (coimbatore. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. Excellent property and very convenient to us c activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. . Overall, i had a great experience with the (kiscol grand coimbatore; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

It was a pleasant and wonderful stay at kiscol. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the Kiscol Grands. Everything about the Kiscol Grands was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stayed at kiscol grand for 2 nights on a short trip to coimbatore. From the beginning till the end it was a great experience. The cleanliness, decor, food taste and quality all were superb. Breakfast buffet was amazing and aziz was a great host. Rooms were also cleaned on time and maintained well. Great value for money. The only drawback was there were not enough towels or toilet supplies and we had to call up and ask for it. Other than that this was a great stay

Room was clean. Location is not compatible for 3 star or 4 star Kiscol Grands. Food, is not upto the earlier standard! we ordered hyderabadi kodikura and rashmi murg. In both the dishes, the chicken was smelling and not cooked completely. Breakfast spread was good. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I thank all of them. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers need to be looked at. Newspapers can be given to the guests. Some stationary wd be helpful.

Early check in was permitted without mentioning anything. Easy and fast check in. Superb and faster check in experience at reception without any hassles, complications and delay. Breakfast spread was great. South indian and continental breakfast items were there. Dosa items and egg items were served on order. Service was very good, on call and attending to immediately without any hesitation. Well trained personnel.

Excellent stay. Right from the check in to check out every thing was perfectly supported by ground staff and manager. Breakfast was tasty and satisfied my south indian food desire. Room service was good too. Location is almost centrally placed. You can go to all important markets db road, crosscut road and oppankara street easily. Overall perfect

The Kiscol Grands is good and clean. Staff was cordial and helpful and even extended my stay for 30 mins beyond check out time as i requested. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a lot of varieties. The Kiscol Grands needs to attend on the housefly menace right in front of the reception. Recommended for transit halts.

Really it's a good stay for an official business trip. Everything is good and the food as well. Staff treating the guest in very good manner.

Everything about the Kiscol Grands is very good, they just need to update the rates in the menu cards that they give at the Kiscol Grands rooms. The actual rates and the rates given in the menu card is very much different
