I booked this hotel after seeing a 4.3+ rating on MMT, expecting a decent stay for my family (my wife and 6-year-old daughter). We arrived around 10:45 PM, and while the entrance looked fine, the experience quickly deteriorated. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, questioning whether we were a couple or a family in an inappropriate manner. Upon entering our semi-deluxe room, we were shocked by the poor hygiene — dirty bed sheets with red stains, a foul smell throughout the room, and an unclean bathroom with poor drainage causing water to flow outside. The included breakfast was extremely poor in quality — tea served in polythene pouches and substandard food. It's clear this hotel primarily caters to short-stay couples rather than families, with many guests checking in for just a few hours. As a government employee with the Government of India, I strongly advise against booking this hotel for family stays. The ratings are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition and suitability of the property.
