KK Inn

The rooms are well maintained and supwr clean although quite small in size. Hotel is located just 100m in a diversion from the chengalpet Chennai highway. Parking facilities could be improved as it can currently accommodate only 2-3 cars. Also the KK Inn is located next to a wedding hall. So if your stay coincides with a muhurtham day, then you tend to hear loud music from the marriage hall. They don't have a restaurant. But breakfast is served to room at 7. 30am which is limited option. On the whole it is value for money KK Inn.

Kk in property was an excellent property. I had a pleasant and peaceful stay just like home. I would recommend this property for those who are looking for feel like home environment. Rooms are very clean. All basic amenities available in the room. Rest rooms were near and clean. 24hrs hot water and 24hrs room service. Had a warm welcome at the reception. The host was very kind heart-ed and customer friendly. All together a good and excellent property that i have seen in chennai city. I would give this property a 5 star rating.

Nice KK Inn with good staff. The location is 3 to 5 km from vandaloor zoo. The rooms are not much good but filled with flat screen, AC, and comfortable mattress, tea or coffee maker. The bathroom is neat and clean with hot and cold water running all the times. Staff are polite and there is not restaurant with them. But you can order only veg item as room service. Dont worry you can get local food joints within walk able distance. Simply good stay for short trip.

Conveniently located at Guruwenchery, one block inside the highway, very pleasant and helpful front office staff and other staff. Clean and affordable. Though without their own restaurant, breakfast provided was substantial. Having their own restaurant will be a big boost. However, lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. Possibly cleaning up the surroundings with the help of authorities will need to be done.

KK Inn is a new construction, in well maintained condition, good room service, even has kettle and tea/coffee kit and excellent value for money. All rooms are deluxe AC, which is not mentioned in features of KK Inn. We had to call and confirm about AC room. Also mosquito menace in that area is a reality, so it would be good to provide mosquito nets in all rooms, as a sure shot way for protection.

There is no attached restaurant. The food is served from nearby restaurant which was spicy and there were limited dishes served. The South Indian lunch/dinner is not available in the restaurant from where the food was served. Suggest the food need to be served from nearby 3-4 restaurant if not prepared at the KK Inn so there is choice to the visitors.

Very nice. Room service was very good. Staff are very polite and very helpful at the time of emergency. Courteous staff. Brand new property with enough parking space. Good area and it's proximity to the national high way is really good. He property is being maintained and cleaned properly by the management.

I checked into this KK Inn on 14th August n stayed there till 18th I never felt comfortable in any KK Inn like I felt in this KK Inn TV is good, AC works very fine cool. Cupboards are clean hot water 24 hours, very clean and nice washroom very friendly people.
