Very good location, metro is just outside the hotel, highway is also there railway station is just 8km from there even Airport is also 8 km from there

The staff and owner were so rude that there were no amenities like i asked 3 times for hand wash the room was not clean so disgusting special owner talked with me like he was doing favour on me

Worst service being provided by the management. I haven't checked in the hotel as there was no cleanliness being maintained in the hotel. The photos shown at the time of the booking and actual room were completely different. I have asked to make my trip to initiate the refund process but there is no support from them. It completely spoiled my vacation.

I don't like the hotel the washroom is not good and there is no cooler only fans are there and cleaning is good

The location is very good Cleaning was good Staff behaviour was nice . I experienced only one negative point that in room they are not provided blanket.. Overall the stay experience in KK hotel was 👍

No cleanliness(Washroom and also room). No proper electric wiring tubelight and switchboard was not working properly. Curtains were insufficient to cover the whole window. Wall betn room nd gallery was demolished which was clearly visible. As it was not plastered nd also. Wires were hanging. No cooperation from staff. I stayed there for my exam. Nd I was not in position to argue with them. So I adjusted myself. Overall experience was horrible.

The hotel owner is very bad he talks very badly to customer, guys don't see money, kindly live in a good hotel, while i booked the hotel it was showing ac when booking was done then it show non ac, kindly be aware of fraud

Dirty room washroom not clear manager behaviour not good

I didn't stay there want refund of my stay it's something different which was terrible just do the refund.

The hotel and rooms were clean and i just stayed to spend the night. Though i was given a dormitory but it was not mentioned in the app when i booked the room. The dormitory lacked basic amenities like buckets, handwashing, soap etc. These basic things would have enhanced the experience.

The stay was not as expected firstly the hotel guy charged extra rs 1200 also the room provided didn't had ac well water was continuously leaking from the ac.

They asked for extra money. Apart from this when we reached at night they took a lot of time to verify identity (almost 30 min) and they didn’t give drinking water even. They didn’t put the basic bathroom stuffs when asked only provided.

So i booked non ac deluxe rooms for 8 days and we were two families, total 4 people. I booked with an intention that will get two deluxe rooms as mentioned and shown in the photos. To our shock they weren't rooms And the dormitory was attached to two rooms. Both rooms and dormitory had to share the same washroom. even one staff said many people has the same confusion. After so much argument they agreed to give us a room on top floor. We somehow adjusted in that room even after being uncomfortable. This staff has given wrong information in the description: they have a kitchen for customers to use, they have a washing machine. the building is 4 storey with no lift. And we had senior citizens who had difficulty climbing the steps. We cancel-led so many places to visit just because my mother couldn't climb up and down again and again. They also started painting work and there was dust all over the floors which made us sick. They have a sign prohibiting smoking and drinking. But one day the bathroom was stinking with smoke and there was a bud. Upon asking the receptionist shes like rooms mein allowed hain. I asked "common bathroom mein allowed hain? she's like "kar dia hoga smoke" with such carelessness. Is this the hospitality hotels offer? We also overheard another family complaining "kya hotel chala rah e hai?wherein they don't even provide basic things like soap and towels. This hotel is just for making money and fooling people with so much negative vibes. I just want to say god is watching everything and will take care of it.

Wrong description, it says 1 room but at the time of check-in they show dormitories / no soap or towels

My booking 2 rooms 4 family members hotel alot only one room and room alot 3rd floor is very bad experience for this journey
