KKAINAAT HOTEL

Hotel was a budget hotel but staff was very courteous and helpful. I would love to visit the hotel once again

We checked in at 12:15 pm. The room was not ready. The cleaning was done in front of us just for name sake. The old bedsheet and pillow covers were not changed, it was with food leftovers. We booked for 3 adults & accordingly i paid more also however the extra mattress was provided at 9:30 pm, after repeated follow ups & raising complaint with mmt. The next day when we went for a bath, we realised that the geyser was not working. It was coomiunicated to the reception however there was no action. Since i had to catch the flight, me & my family members had to take a bath with cold water. I am a bit surprised with the 3 star rating provided by mmt, which are not competent to provide basis requirements.

The lock to the washroom wasn't working. The room was too o small. The people were nice. The location is good too.

Hotel interior was good. Behavior of staff was also good

Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Was here for work and the location is nearby to railway station. Staff is bery polite and friendly.

its was nice stay we checked in early morning at around 7 am and we also got to check in so early even the check in time was 12 it was good stay good people to help and even they help us for cab booking as our flight was early morning and the temple is also hardly 2-3km

We stayed there for 1 day, it was pleasant experience.

Location is good and near railway station. They have maintained the hygiene provided fresh towels.

It’s many times create issue when you land early morning and check in is in afternoon. However, when it came to my experience i called in hotel and asked for early check in and they nicely said ‘koi baat nahi mam aa jaye’. Nice and helpful staff decent hotel. They also guided planning my itinerary for day so i should not miss parade. Location spot on. I had wonderful stay. Thank you!

My stay was nice. It was a couple stay and I really like the Hotel. This is a child-friendly Hotel. The Hotel was neat and clean and the room was ok ok. I definitely recommend this Hotel to others.
