Kl r guest house is a clean guest house unlike many others that i have been to. Functional hot water geyser, and ac was present. Although i never used the ac, since it was cyclone time in chennai, but when i checked it, it was silent and peaceful. What you get is what you pay for. So do not expect anything fancy here. It’s all functional and clean

Except for the bed bugs issue (not too much but still made me feel uncomfortable staying in a hotel with infested beds, the room was comfortable, clean, and had proper promised amneties (wifi, proximity to ekkatuthangal metro, hot and cold water, drinking water, etc) as a solo woman traveller, felt safe in the hotel.

Room size is ok for the given amount. Room is clean. Towel, soap and dental kit not available. We need to arrange for the same. One night a/c was not working but they changed the room next day. No car parking is available. If you have car. Then parking is difficult.

best location. near airport n metro station. sufficient option for daily needs and food,transport. rooms are very small,but We found it to be quite compact. At present due to construction work beside the Guest House,the front portion of the guest house becomes very dusty. But it is sure,next time I will book this again. However Staffs are not so polished, but for short stayng,its ok.
