Kluney Manor

I stayed for 3 nights in kluney manor. This is one of the best scenic victorian resorts in ooty. They have an excellent ambience which makes the place cooler than other places in ooty. The resort has lush green lawns surrounded by variety of flowers and plants with ample space for guests to chill and relax. Kids play area is limited, but the open lawn is too good for kids to play around and enjoy. The classic and rustic rooms where we stayed were well maintained and had basic amenities like electric kettle, water heater, led tv, wardrobes. Classic rooms are well furnished and have larger space with an additional living room, dressing room and hearth all in antique style. We felt privacy is better in classic rooms when compared to rustic rooms since classic rooms provide you additional living area. However we didn't experience any discomfort in rustic room. Overall, it was an excellent experience for us staying in kluney manor!

One night stay at the Duchess Room. The room was very spacious and ‘old world’ in a good sense with the high four post bed with a stool to clamber up! But as with old heritage rooms maintenance must be meticulous or else its a magnet for dust and dampness especially in Ooty weather. That would be the weakness of the property. Some more attention to keeping the rooms in top condition would be great. The outdoors on the other hand is fantastically kept and the trophies displayed are evidence that lot of effort goes into it. ( the display of trophies though are a bit jarring) The food was surprisingly good and helped us gloss over the other shortcomings. All in all we did enjoy ur brief stay

The stay was very comfortable, clean rooms, all essential was provided, surrounding was full of well mentioned beautiful flowers. Food was good. Breakfast was delicious. There is reminder call for breakfast also. Just one issue was the hot water for bathing was not available on time. It was taking to much time. And Kluney Manor is little inside where roads was not proper. There should be provision for driver stay and clean washroom just a suggestion. Otherwise very good place for stay.

This Kluney Manor is located at very beautiful place. It seems old style furnished rooms but have all facilities like kettle, bone fire at room. Rooms are very spacious.. breakfast buffet was very tasty. My husband forgot his watch at room after check out. But they called us and tell about our watch.it was very kind gesture. We like this Kluney Manor very much.this Kluney Manor is kid friendly place. There is little park outside our room for play. We were staying in classic room.

The property is located at the top of the hill giving you an excellent view of the whole city. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They have some excellent lush green gardens right outside your cottages/rooms where one can sit and just feel the calmness around. A nice adventure walk within the premises around some huge pine trees adds extra value to it. In all, it's a great place to have a staycation with your family and friends!

The stay was memorable. The cleanliness of both the room and the garden was excellent. It's a wonderful spot for taking photos. However, it's worth noting that the availability of food via room service is limited to specific times, which may inconvenience some guests. It would be beneficial if this service were available throughout the day. Nonetheless, apart from this minor suggestion, everything else was excellent.

3days stay with friends was the most memorable at kluney manor ooty. Food was yummy and restaurant facilities was very good. Very supportive staff and helpful during check-in and check-out. Kluney manor ooty is the best place to stay and the property was very well maintained. Ambience was great and the property was enriched with beautiful flowers and we'll maintained garden, lawn and all varieties of plant s.

I have stayed in this place with my family and booked 2 rooms. I must say this was one of my finest stay experience in ooty so far. This property has lots of flower trees, greeneries, green grassy fields, and a good place to track inside the property. Room tariffs are ok considering it's huge property and rooms will feel like vintage like rooms. I recommend this place for family or couple visit.

Very well maintained garden, good location and beautiful rooms. Staff was very helpful. Bathrooms need an upgrade.

It was really pleasant and comfortable and luxurious in kluney manor with lavish garden, yummy food at restaurant, nice staffs it was hassle free stay.

For stay i would give 5/5. It was very nice stay. All of us enjoyed the stay and view was very nice. Good thing that they had hot water running all the time. As it was cold hot water was must. There was a restaurant as well which helped us. Only thing we didn't like is cost of food and the time taken to serve the food. Even for simple dish they would take more than hr.

Great location at a hill top looks like the property is in mid of forest and this heritage property is well maintained to enjoy our stay.

Good infrastructure with friendly staff. Immediate support from reception. Limited food is available from the restaurant.

Excellent stay and specially food. Beautiful ambience of vintage resort. Friendly staffs and cooks. It is a very big property and rooms are very specious. In vintage room there is a fire place also.
